Dr Jackie was very knowledgeable and explained my condition and the treatment plan very patiently. The clinic itself is also very sleek and well designed, clinic assistants were friendly and efficient. Will definitely recommend my family and friends to come here!

Visited the clinic today as I was nearby. Was attended to by Dr Simone Quek. She was very friendly and patient in explaining the diagnosis and medication to be given. I hope I don't fall sick but if I do, will keep this clinic in mind. Oh ya, the place is also clean and tidy and well kept + they are CHAS registered.

Fantastic clinic! Super affordable, with CHAS card subsidee. Quick, efficient, thoughtful staff. Very thorough and caring doctor. Will definitely come here again next time as the prices are comparable to polyclinic with a fraction of the wait time.

Relatively new clinic located in Serangoon, close to Nex. Was a blessing that clinic was open on a Sunday. Dr Jackie Lam was very professional, kind and patient during the consultation. Front desk lady was also very approachable and helpful. Ambience of the clinic was good too :) Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The nurse was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my child visit. They allowed me to on hold the payment as i forget bring my baby bonus card and come back to pay by end of the day. She made sure my child take the med before i made the payment. Dr. Jackie was equally impressive—very experienced and thorough in their explanation and care. I felt confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking professional and compassionate healthcare!
