My son suffers from sensory processing disorder and has been going to Alvin for OT since he was 3yo. Alvin is a very patient and experienced OT who has played an instrumental role in helping with my son’s progress. Alvin has also taught me how I can better support my son at home. We have been with Alvin for the last 3 years and I strongly recommend him. 👍

When we first came, my son had so many issues and challenges. We're so grateful that we could work with Alvin. Not only he gave precise diagnosis, he also gave solutions. As my son progressed, Alvin applied different methods and strategies based on my son's level. He put my son in a group to learn how to socialize and also he trained my son to have logical and critical thinking. Alvin's experience and knowledge helped my son to cope with his challenges. I see a lot of improvement in my son. He's more regulated, he knows how to manage his emotion. My son was taught to have appropriate behaviour and thought. For us, Alvin is not just a therapist. He's a coach, an advisor, a friend. The bonding brought so many changes in my son. My other son also worked with some therapist in Kidz POTC. They are all well trained and knowledgeable. We have been with Alvin and his team since 2012. Over this time, POTC has proven to be nothing short of extraordinary in every way. From the very beginning, it was clear Alvin has an incredible depth of knowledge and expertise. He consistently stays up-to-date with the latest research and therapy techniques, ensuring that our son and us parents always receive the most effective and relevant care. The tailored approach he uses has made a profound difference in our son's development and overall well-being. In the later years, my son and us would highlight and summarise instances at home or at school and Alvin would guide him how to better plan and see an empathic perspective even taking into account different value system of third parties in the situation. This was how detailed and intricate they get to help your child in applying all the occupational approaches they have taught. Their genuine care and empathy for our son's progress through the years is above and beyond what is expected, always taking the time to explain each step of the process and making sure we feel supported throughout. We never doubted they had our son and children's best interest at heart. Over the years, we have seen our son flourish in ways we never thought possible, and we owe so much of that to Alvin and his team. Their commitment to their work and their clients makes Alvin an authority in his area of expertise. We only trust POTC to take care of our children.

Our 7 year old was having issues coping with primary school and the teachers recommended that we seek private help. Was very glad to stumble upon Kidz and our Occupational Therapist Lesley and her team gave us plenty of assurance and comfort. The premises is conducive and our girl loves her sessions with Lesley. The cost which is an important factor is also reasonable in our opinion. Great place that offer many helpful services and we highly recommend Kidz to those we need their services.

(Posted on behalf of a parent Ms S.H) We have been working with Lesley for 6 months, and we always look forward to our sessions with her, especially my son. Lesley is very warm, friendly and patient OT, and is always able to redirect him to a positive and constructive state. Lesley thinks proactively about guiding him (and me, as his caretaker) towards self-regulation and we have seen steady progress. We highly recommend Lesley!

I am very happy with Therapist Lesley that she is able first observe Matthew's behaviour and next come up with a recommend plan to help Matthew in improving his attention span. She also explain to me in detail which activities and help in which area. After attending for 2 mths, with weekly session, I do see an improvement in Matthew's attention span, able to focus more when doing this work while sitted for about 15mins or more. Matthew's handwriting also improved as well.
