Came here for my fever & flu. Good and detailed, relatively prompt on a Tuesday morning. Consult starts from $38.

This clinic was recommended by my sister. Very friendly and unhurried. She took the time to build rapport. Counter staff were patient with us during the check in process. Those 1-star reviews are unwarranted. It seems like lots of elderly folks visit this clinic. Will definitely be my go to clinic from now.

Dr May Ng felt like a big sister to me, she's not your usual soft spoken prime and proper practitioner, she treats you like a family member, and gives advised strait to your face, that's why for some it felt harsh. She's detailed and precise in her diagnosis for the many times I visited. Her clinic opens only from 8 to 1230, Mon to Sat, and is mostly busy. So to say she's after money as some reviews mentioned is utterly rubbish. The clinic also has been in Holland Dr for many many years, so she is definitely doing something right. My whole family is her patients, and today I signed up for Healthier SG under her care.

Dr May is probably one of the nicest doctors I've met. I came in not knowing much about HPV vaccines and she made sure I understood every type of vaccine, all kinds of details, prices and subsidies before making my final decision. She was also friendly and joked a lot to distract me during the jab. From the time I spent waiting in queue, Dr May and her staff are very nice to all customers, especially elderly folks. Pretty sure most of the negative reviews are from overly sensitive people.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this clinic. In my opinion, Dr Ng is really patient and takes time to explain my condition clearly. The follow up call to inform me of the test results were also also done promptly. If there is anything negative to say, it’s the long waiting time. Was there at 7.50am and still have to wait for an hour to see the doc. But this is expected.

confused about all the reviews about dr ng’s staff and her rudeness because they’ve been nothing but sweet and warm when i came to get migraine medication (and all the years i have came for consultations) dr ng is firm and straightforward which i really appreciate cause it makes things more efficient but also takes the time to note down my symptoms and explain certain steps i can take to care for myself post-consult :’^)

Doctor is experienced and explains clearly. She is quick and gets the job done. I didn't want to have to hang around at the clinic for a long time so this was great for me.
