I went to Novihealth for Healthscreening. Great experience with the Doctor and the nurse as well as all staff. Everyone is really helpful and kind at Novihealth! I tend to faint during blood tests but this was the most comfortable blood test experience I have ever had (didn’t feel a thing). Dr Yeo also patiently walked me through all details of the health screening, my health history and suggested different options - this helped me make informed decisions. Nurse Hazel and staff were so warm, gentle and patient - listening, double checking, giving no sense of rush whatsoever. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone going for a health screening. I am definitely only going here in the future.

I heard about NOVI Health in an advertisement related to diabetes treatment and I was interested in their services. After my meducal checks on Dec 2023, it was recommended to me to take an Hepatitis B vaccine. I booked an appointment with them and I am very pleased with the experience. “Discharged” after close to a year of consultation with Dr Sue Ann. She is generous with her knowledge, which helped me leave with a much deeper understanding of my body and how to navigate my glucose levels. Patient and dedicated team as well - Liu Qing is caring and helpful, Mee Li gives good advice re my diet. Would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an educational approach to taking charge of their health.

I had a very wonderful experience at NOVI Health during my visit in Nov 2022. I had a better understanding of diabetes and how to manage my sugar level The dietitian taught me what to eat, and how and when to eat to maximise the benefits. I had wonderful experiences at Novi Health clinic and with Dr Kyle Tan and would recommend them without hesitation. I had to do a health checkup for employment purposes and chose them by recommendation of friends. The clinic is so beautiful and well designed it made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The care and service was also top notch and very professional. Recently, my mom was facing some health issues after being inactive because of circuit breaker and social distancing and so I brought her to Dr Kyle Tan. They have a full team and they not only got at the underlying cause of the medical problems and were also confident in helping her get regain her health and get back in shape through a wellness program. They even have their own app as part of the program to help monitor my mom and she could use easily. It is so good to finally find a clinic and doctors that take time to focus on overall wellness through nutrition, physical activity and healthy lifestyle instead of only relying on medications.

They treat their patients with a high degree of respect and consideration (e.g. I’m always seen punctually at my appointment time) and have in place an efficient yet personable process so the atmosphere is warm and friendly. I’m under the care of Dr Kyle Tan and he always makes the effort to clearly explain the background of any diagnosis/findings and recommended treatment. He and his team also pro-actively follow up to check-in on my recovery and take a holistic view to my medical care. Pro-tip: If you are anxious about having your blood drawn like I am, Novi Health has, in my view, the best nurses in Singapore. Super skilled, puts me at ease with their warm personalities and confidence, and I hardly felt any discomfort even when multiple vials of blood were drawn.

All the staff are very caring and receptive to the quaries and fixing the appointment. They are very polite and gentle as well.
