On 25 Mar 2024 around 7.30pm there was a cardio arrest case happened at our house, where all the nearby clinics does not help us except for the amk branch that help us all the way but unfortunately our brother still couldn't be saved and passed on, but still we would like to share our thanks and gratitude to the staff of this clinic that stretched their arms to help us

this is a belated review but I have been going to this clinic for quite some time and it's highly recommended!! the nurses and clinic assistants go above and beyond to ensure that you're alright- this was especially the case when I was visibly in pain. they asked if I wanted some water and whether I needed their support to carry my belongings. they are also very efficient in dispensing medicine. :) the dr (dr tan) is a great communicator. he is very clear in his diagnosis and can break down complex terminology into simple terms. he is very patient in answering all my anxiety-ridden qns regarding my health. thank you all!

Old uncle doctor trying to speedrun patients or what? I had all the covid symptoms and told him that i had close contact with a covid positive person then. Asked if i need to do an art with them as i tested home negative but i am not sure if i did it properly. No response to this statement by him. He then asked me to breath in and out with this stethoscope on and proceeded with 4 quick taps on my back. Ask me to open my mouth and looked for half a second without even shining light. Eh eh if u want be actor, then go hollywood pls. Even doctors acting in movies show more professionalism than you. Normally would not have this kind of doctors there but this was a shock for me.

Dr Tam Wei Ping is always very patient and caring whenever my family visited for consultations. The counter staff are very polite. The only problem would be the accent of some staff, sometimes it is difficult to understand what said. Expect longer waiting time when it gets crowded and counter service wouldn’t be so fast.

RMG Ang Mo Kio is my preferred Medical Clinic/Centre, every time I am not feeling well, because staff/nurses are always accommodating and respectful. They are well-versed, tactful, regardless of patient's age. Same with their Resident Doctors, I feel secured that my health is in good hands and that I'll get well very soon 😊
