Fast service for simple check-up without any appointment or queue on Tuesday morning. Take less than 30 minutes to complete the check-up. $60+ for x-ray, visual test and the doctor's acknowledgment. A little inconvenience to return and pick up the report again.

I visited SATA at Potong Pasir branch on the 17th May 2021 @ 1 pm and I am happy with the service that Ms Norliaa Binte Yang Rozali. Mdm Norliaa was very polite, friendly, helpful and efficient in helping me to process my application today. It was observed that she was able to handle registration and payment of the clients very promptly and I noticed within a short 1/2 she attended to 8 to 10 patients. A big thumb up for Ms Norliaa for her efficiency and good service provided. Overall, I am happy with the rest of the staff working at Potong Pasir SATA. A big thumb up to all the staff at Potong Pasir SAta today. Good job, well done and keep up the good work. The staff at Potong Pasir are polite, friendly and responsible people. Five stars for all staff at Potong Pasir. However, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service officer who attended to me at Blk 715 Ang Mo Kio Branch. She was unhelpful and carry a sulking face. I waited for two hrs and she did not get me registered. The service was really bad. When I approached and asked her when it is my turn to get registered, she was very unprofessional in her reply : I am not sure, there is a shortage of manpower. It was observed that she was not efficient and professional in handling the customers at all. A thumb down to the customer service officer on the 17th May 2021 at Blk 715 Ang Mo Kio Branch SATA . I will never go back there again

5 star for my S pass medical check up and assist by nurse officer Miss Suryati stationed at Counter D, which skillful and very patient. She brought me to a room and perform blood test as I told her that iam forbia of injection. NO Pain at all ! excellent service !

Everyone here is so nice so friendly so cute! The counter Can speak Malay and English and even Tamil! Another girl will help for Chinese. They deserve a five stars rating!

Came in for my PHV medical, was a little lost with what was required,but your nurses are superheroes la, kind and patient and that too on a Sunday, kudos to the team that assisted me on 5SEP2021.Much Much appreciated.
