Excellent service. Zordan very diligently went through my report and allowed me a test a new mask as a potential replacement for my existing obsolete mask.

I was attended to by Edward. He was very patient and answered all my queries to my satisfaction. I was especially impressed by his attitude. He never made any attempt to push a sale. He was genuinely interested to help me understand my problem with my existing CPAP machine which was not purchase from his company. I was impressed enough to sign up for a 2 weeks loan of the respmed machine to be tried on with a nasal mask(1st time). If all goes well, I’ll make a new purchase.

Managed to get same day appointment with Zebedee who was very professional and it was great that he started with understanding what I'm trying to solve with the CPAP machine. For a first time user, the walkthrough of all the pro and cons of the different masks was very useful and I appreciate his recommendations targeting my specific goal. It was a pleasant experience with prompt replies throughout the 2 week trial. The review of setting changes I made to the Air Sense 10 machine was very helpful!
