Adina was one of the few serviced residences that allow dogs, and this was greatly appreciated when my renos were delayed, and my dogs, my husband, and I needed a place to stay. My dogs enjoyed being Orchard Road dogs for a while, while I enjoyed doing grocery shopping at Donki and Plaza Singapura. The kitchenette is useful, as was the washer and dryer. Room was also comfortable and clean. I was most worried about the safety of my dogs, and the housekeeping team worked to coordinate with my schedule so that they could clean only when I was around. My dogs remained safe. Taking the service lift while with them was not an issue. The breakfast could do with some variety, but the ladies managing the lounge were always so pleasant and welcoming. Service was adequate, although there was very little information or follow-up after a black-out one night. Everyone on the floor sat in darkness hoping for the best. Perhaps calls/ announcements could have been made to assure guests that rectifications were on the way. Must mention the excellent service provided by Shao Han, who patiently answered my questions and queries from start to end. He made the process a seamless one and must be commended for going above and beyond.

Nice place. Very convenient for all major sites of Singapore. We stayed here for a month. Very good for the evening walk to Fort Canning and Clark Quay Helpful and Friendly staff. The reception is just about Ok. But the other staff are very helpful. Cons: Not a great Breakfast Spread and not available on weekends and public holidays No emergency medical kit available( We wanted it once and the receptionist asked us to go and buy which we didn't have to ask for her;) )

Every staff member here who we came in contact with was professional, kind, helpful, attentive, and friendly. We also appreciate one auntie who cleans our unit and gave us a thoughtful gift - a beautiful hand-crafted mousepad. It touches us for her generosity, and despite her busy time, she spares her time making the mousepad for us. Great location, surrounded by tons of amenities. Located on Penang Road, just off Orchard Road, this serviced apartment block is very centrally located. Dhoby Gaut and Somerset MRT stations are almost equidistant. Rooms are large and comfortable. Small baconies are attached to each room. Kitchen has all the usual gadgets. Crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. Clean up service is every two days. Buffet breakfast is part of the package, available at a poolside cafe on the 10th floor (except Sat and Sun).The free form shaped pool is large, clean water with mini waterfalls, changing rooms and loungers for a lazy day.

Nice hotel. Staff is helpful and polite. Breakfast is delicious and varies every day. Omelette section is the best thing that hotel management has arranged! Reasonable rates and rooms are quite good, clean and comfortable!

Clean and tidy appartment . However the Bathroom is very small . Amenities are less. Except welcome basket ,their were no replenishment , even no drinking water after 1st day. I hope they should at least replenish water daily. I stayed in 1 Bed room deluxe appartment for 6 nights.

I have stayed at the Regency House several times on business trips to Singapore. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The property is well kept and in the best location for an easy commute to work locations, and a great location in the middle of the shopping and entertainment area. I highly recomend the Regency House as a much better alternative to a hotel. The expierence is 5 Starz at a resonable price compared to similar accommodations.

It was huge but pretty quiet. I went to level 7 at Tokyo Bust Express. As the tenants of this building have safety measures in place, there was no reception desk or safe distancing measures follow ups at the entrance.

The location is located within walking distance to Somerset MRT and Orchard Central. There is a 24 hr FairPrice within 5 mins walk. Orchard central basement has 24 hours don don donki. Lots of food choices as apartment located at the whole stretch of Orchard Road

My family and I lived here for about two months. ||Breakfast included. The buffet menu is the same almost every day. Everyone, including the reception staff, the staff in charge of the breakfast room, and the cleaning lady, are all friendly and likable. ||There is no breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays, but you can drink it freely from the coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor. ||Your room will be cleaned 3 days a week. Close to Donki, there are many restaurants, and local supermarkets Fairprice, Uniqlo, Nitori, Best Denki, Muji, Kinokuniya, and Daiso are within walking distance. There is a PHILIPS rice cooker in the room, but it doesn't cook Japanese rice very well. ||Singapore has a problem with insects entering homes, but during my stay here, I had no problems with ants, cockroaches, etc. Recommended as a serviced apartment.

The location of Regency House is very good, very close to Orchard Road, convenient to the subway, and there are gardens nearby. The best thing about the experience is the service of the staff. Because when Muslims checked in, the staff helped to replace the kitchenware with new ones, and the staff responded to all requests. Jian Xi is super friendly and enthusiastic, and helps a lot. Most of the time, Aunt Susan cleans the house, and the cleaning is very thorough. The other aunts and staff are also very nice and serious and responsible. The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic; there were also two masters in charge of maintenance who were dedicated and responded quickly, which was very touching. There are also small gifts for holidays or when you come back. It is highly recommended to stay at the regency house, it feels warm and home~

Was a really wonderful stay. It's not a hotel, but I can't tell the difference from a hotel. Only the rooms are larger than in a hotel, but that shouldn't be a problem. The breakfast is continental, of course with the means available in Singapore. And well done for that! The pool was literally 20 meters from our room and just perfect to jump in after a busy day.

We had a great stay at this hotel for the 2013 F1 grand prix! For a week we had a suite with 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a dining room, two bathrooms! The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is royal and varied, the fruits are fresh! ||The only problem is the noise of the cars because the windows are not double glazed.||I highly recommend this establishment, well located in the center.

I have been living in an open-plan unit here since December 2020. When my family comes to Singapore, I will move to a two-bedroom unit in January 2021. ||I haven’t checked out yet, but I also want to give them encouragement and praise, especially Zhu Yun, the housekeeper on the 8th floor, who is very responsible, the room is very clean, and very positive; during this time of pneumonia, bring Lots of positive energy. ||I would also like to praise and thank the team here for helping arrange the transfer for my family. I look forward to my family continuing to enjoy living here after their arrival.

Stayed for one month due to new assignment. 5 minutes to a large station with a shopping mall called Dhoby Ghaut. Very convenient. The room is also spacious. Breakfast is simple bread or cereal, eggs, cheese, salad, and fruit. I'm glad there's a coffee machine in the lobby. Customer service is also good.

The place is the finest possible, an apartment of a high standard and the cleanliness is to the utmost extent without exaggeration and the services in terms of reception and hot drinks, the lobby is free and the annexes are of the finest types. Just 5 minutes from the central Dhoby Ghaut metro station, this family-friendly hotel offers well-equipped apartments, unlimited mobile data, and breakfasts by the pool with waterfalls. The staff is perfectly efficient and friendly. |Just a stone's throw from Orchard Street, restaurants, and malls, this hotel will delight you. |The elevators are fast. |I recommend it; you won't be disappointed.

everything is good. The service staff is very enthusiastic and patient, and all needs can be met in time. We booked three rooms in total and our whole family was very satisfied. And the hotel's location is very convenient, you can walk to Orchard Road and various shopping malls. It is also very close to the subway station when traveling. I will choose this hotel next time. When I arrived on my own, I didn't get in touch with my family, but the lobby staff would enthusiastically help me make coffee, ask me if I needed anything, and take the initiative to help me connect to the Internet, so their attitude deserves a thumbs up! The hotel facilities are also very complete, swimming pool and gym, very satisfied
