After a long night of travel, I was really dreading the overnight transit and layover. Then came Steve, who truly made my day (or should I say night)! With a warm smile and a quick check-in, Steve made everything so easy and even let me maximize my rest time. It honestly felt like I was sleeping in the comfort of home, and I woke up refreshed and ready for my next flight. This was exactly what I needed, and Steve’s excellent service made all the difference. Highly recommend if you’re passing through Singapore!

Thank you Alvin and the other staff for your thoughtful service. The attitude was friendly, the environment was quiet, the shower room was spacious, the food was diverse, and the air conditioning was strong (a bit cold, haha). The location is also very close to the airport shuttle station. Thank you for making my layover time wonderful. By the way, they also have a wake-up service.

Filipina reception staff was good and friendly. Spacious room and bathroom. SGD 255 for 6 hours of stay. Had a pleasant sleep. The breakfast buffet though was a bit limited.

Happen to stay at this transit hotel during my 12 hr transit. The experience was wonderful. Room was great with and comfortable with needed amenities. Front desk staff could have had pleasant gesture. The lounge across the hotel was sub par.
