Convenient location with several bus and subway stations near. Nice study rooms and shared areas. Not good sound insulation but does not affect sleep. Overall satisfied.

Located near Boon Lay MRT, Coliwoo is the best place you can find in the streets nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy. Service team here is fast and friendly. You can also enjoy a speical experience on public kitchens. Gym is also good to use.

Our 4th month into staying with Coliwoo Boon Lay. Had a prior experience when the management was branded as 85 SOHO back in 2019 and the rooms as well as the facilities were incomplete. While we hadn't made use of their various facilities like the dining area and gym currently as we confined our activities in the unit, the response and assistance with the operation team has been swift for our many requirements, and they have been very patient with us in our interactions as well. It has been a pleasant experience interacting with them thus far and we can always count on them to resolve our issues whenever they crop up.

The house is clean and tidy, and the living environment is very comfortable. There are public gyms, kitchens, laundry rooms, study rooms, and rest areas. It is also very convenient for people in Coliwoo to go to the surrounding subway stations, Jurong Point shopping centers, and Boon Lay supermarkets.

Coliwoo is the best hotel you can find near NTU. They got a quiet and cosy study space which is perfect for students like me. Nearest food center and fairprice is only 500m away and you can enjoy nice food in 5 minutes.

Went for the twin suite as I was sharing the rent with my friend. Very spacious, enough for the both of us to have our own personal space. Table is also long enough for both of us to work at the same time, not too squeezy. Love the view during the day, lots of natural light if the weather is good. Ensuite bathroom also very nice addition, no need share bathroom with others. Supermarket and clinic also a nice addition to have nearby, good for late night grocery runs and mrt very convenient. Overall no complaints, would recommend to people who want to try out co-living spaces

I am a master studying at NTU. I lived in Coliwoo Boon Lay from 30/07/2022 to 30/07/2023, where I felt the warmth of home and made many like-minded friends. I think if I had the chance to stay in Singapore, I would still choose this place without hesitation.

First of all, I would like to thanks to Javier and his team doing a great jobs to take care of all the tenants. I remember few occasion where my neighbour having friend party chat entire night which disturb our sleep. I did WhatsApp Javier middle of the night (2ish am) and I'm surprised that he actually respond to my msg and take action to my request. *thumb's-up* We (couple with 1 young children) have stayed with Soho85/Coliwoo for 3 years. We shifted in May 2020 when COVID-19 strikes.. Location is great where you can access nearby necessity such as Boon Lay wet market, hawker and also Jurong Point Mall. Nearest MRT is just 1 bus stop away either Boon Lay or Lakeside station. Coliwoo is equipped with Shared kitchen, shared reading room, gym and half basketball court. Haven't got a chance to use the BBQ pit due to COVID restriction before. I'm blessed that my room is located at Block B second floor with extra big space outside my room. My son love to play and run around during the day.. As for the pricing, it is not cheap for the size of the room which due to the recent property price hike is Singapore, the rental fees has increased significantly comparing when I just shifted in at 2020. Verdict: Overall is good. Can be improve: It would be great if all the bulb and lighting replacement is covered. Honestly it doesn't break often and during my 3 years stay, I had replaced maybe 2-3 bulbs which was alright. Internet definitely need to be a little faster!

Great experience! Location wise, it was pretty convenient as it was just a couple of stops away from Boon Lay mrt station. Alternatively you can even choose to walk from the MRT station. Quite a cozy room with a great facilities as well. They even have a gym and cinema room for people who'd love to spend their leisure time indoors without heading out. Thank you Coliwoo team for giving me a hospitable stay!

This is my review for coliwoo boon lay: strongly recommend. High standards for cleanliness and living conditions; strong and fast wifi connection, room & shared amenties are maintained well and functioning properly. Staff are knowledgeable and welcoming; provided reliable assistance when I needed, understood my needs and gave off friendly persona. They also gave insight to what amenities and food areas there were in the area, what's fun to try out etc. There is also a gym. Big and clean. I don't use it frequently but when I do it's always a good experience. Besides, the jurong central park is relatively nearby which I really enjoy going for runs there. Convenient location; nearby to bus interchange hub and mrt station. Travelling is much more streamlined and easier.

Coliwoo @ boon lay has left a very positive impression on me. The rooms are clean, tidy and have strong wifi connection. Staff are responsive and kind. Being strategically located near a mall, mrt and bus interchange is certainly a huge bonus. Overall, a very happy experience.

I love all the communal facilities crafted specially for residents and choices for different types of room!! Its very cosy and the place is clean and well maintained. Was able to use the study room during my studying sessions and I was able to focus well.

Signed lease for a month and overall verdict: good value, conveniently located, very helpful staff. Being so closely located to jurong point/boonlay MRT allows anytime access to the 24h fairprice. Also located near boon lay hawker centre so there's variety in terms of food. Customer service was also reliable and landlords were very friendly and established good relations with the tenants. Amenities such as communal kitchen and gym are well maintained, they really add to the hospitality and "homey-ness" of this place.

Glad that I am able to find an affordable place according to my budget. Not only is the room minimalistically designed (love it!), it is clean and comfortable; Has all the basic amenities from kitchen, laundry to gym...etc.; If youre bored after staying in your room theres a huge and pretty communal space available for a different scenery; My favourite will be how conveniently near it is located to the MRT, grocery and shopping mall!

The single room is very cozy and perfect for student like us. I have all I need including a TV for study and entertainment purposes. As a student I also enjoy the amenities a lot as it give me a sense of home aboard and balance between study and life.

I also like the outstanding Coliwoo’s environment with their creative design, especially in Coliwoo Boon Lay communal facilities, and other new properties in Keppel, Balestier, Amber and many more to come - 2 thumbs up! In my point of view, Coliwoo provides comfortable rooms with choice of locations to choose from, great location with easy access to public transports, and they also provide 24/7 on-site facility team and remote security services. Despites of some of the negative feedbacks Coliwoo Boon Lay has had, but to me personally, I don't simply agree especially during my stay here, as Coliwoo is indeed great and a well recommendable co-living accommodation! There have been also events created specially for festive seasons. We received heartfelt warming mooncake on Mid-Autumn Festival, chocolate cookies on Christmas and there were also several mini-engagement activities with all residents on-site & also social media platform. All in all, it is a great fun to live here with a group of friendly staffs around you, new group of friends from all walks of life where you can only get to know them here in Coliwoo, especially for someone who is here in Singapore for work like me.

Staff at management office and the security guards are quite considerate, responsible, helpful and friendly. They make me feel at home. Also, the location is convenient to seek delicious foods, go shopping, buy necessities, and most importantly, commute to school.

Great living space and facilities at affordable rates. Enjoyed my stay there, got to meet new people and the management & facility personnel were very hospitable and approachable. Highly recommended and will be back to stay again.

Just moved in the Boon Lay Coliwoo. The staffs are very friendly and addressed our requests promptly and professionally. The modified queen suite is larger than we thought, which is a surprise for us. Also, it is well located between Jurong Point and Boon Lay market, just within 10 min walking distance to both destinations. And the wifi connection is very stable, which is good for us who need to telework. Though some minor drawbacks like the soundproof and not ergonomically designed desk, in general it worths 5-stars rating!

Although construction is around, this should not take the blame for them as well cos it belongs to HDB and not within this development.
