Reviews of Four Seasons Hotel Singapore
We recently had a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and accomodating and even remerered our names. A nice touch was giving us a complimentary 3pm checkout because we had a late flight as well as a surprise birthday cake. Great work four seasons, we will be back!
My wife and I had our wedding here. We were attached with Catering Sales Manager, Mr Jeremy Lit, who helped to coordinate all the details related to our wedding dinner. Jeremy was very attentive in listening to and acceding to our requests, from vegetarian menu concerns, to ballroom table arrangements.
On our actual wedding day, the Banquet Manager, Constance, helped to ensure that the solemnisation and dinner reception proceeded smoothly, and at the same time, keeping a calm tone and demeanour to ensure we didn't get too flustered (since we did have a few hiccups and schedule changes).
During our stay at the hotel after the wedding celebrations, we were amazed at how clean and beautiful the room was. The staff were very helpful in meeting our requests. The buffet breakfast was very presentable and had quite a healthy variety too. Most of all, the staff truly gave us a 5 star experience in every sense of the word.
All in all, were very grateful and thankful to Jeremy, Constance, and the rest of the Four Seasons crew in ensuring a smooth planning process, and ultimately for making our wedding truly unforgettable!
My husband and I had a wonderful three nights at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore for the occasion of my 70th birthday.
The staff were absolutely delightful in each area of the gorgeous hotel, from house keeping to the staff at the One-Ninety restaurant and the Garden@ One-Ninety. Dinner at Nobu was a highlight and an awesome way to celebrate. Our lovely room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail from housekeeping was faultless. Thank you to the whole team for making my birthday so memorable.
Service was great. Very friendly and kind. They decided to paint the room opposite with oil based paint and leave the door into the corridor open which was not good.
Though the stay was about quite some years back, happy to note that SFI has been fulfilled, on the major front like the upscaling of building features/ facilities.
But for the tariff had gone exorbitantly high?! Not sure about the market / other similar standard hotels.
we enjoyed the stay in terms of the wide spread menu during the break fast especially. The hospitality and the care was also quite satisfactory.
But the menu was not much affordable by then itself.
Overall it was good staying here for a weeks time!
If you're in the process of choosing a venue for your wedding, I wholeheartedly recommend Four Seasons and Michelle as your wedding coordinator. From the very first moment we met, I knew that Four Seasons was the perfect place for me and my husband to say "I do." Even though the ballroom was under renovation during the planning process, Michelle and the entire team at Four Seasons made sure our dream wedding still came to life, surpassing all our expectations.
Michelle has been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire journey. From our initial meeting all the way through to the big day, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and always there to guide us. Her patience and understanding made the whole process so much easier, especially since I had countless questions throughout. I never once felt rushed or that I was asking too much, Michelle always took the time to ensure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and her ability to manage everything with such grace and efficiency was truly remarkable.
No words can truly express how thankful and blessed we are to have crossed paths with her.
One of the highlights of our wedding day was also the banquet food, and I’ve heard nothing but glowing reviews from our guests. I’m so grateful that our loved ones enjoyed the meal as much as we did, and it really added to the overall experience.
I also want to extend a special thank you to Mervin, the front desk staff, who was so kind, patient, and helpful when we were finalizing our details and making the settlement upon checking out. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made everything go smoothly and left a lasting impression on us.
I can’t express enough how thankful we are to have had the privilege of working with Michelle and the Four Seasons team. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was flawless. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, our day was not only beautiful, but seamless. My husband, our guests, and I had an unforgettable time, and it will forever be a cherished memory in our hearts.
Thank you, Michelle, and the entire Four Seasons team, for making our wedding day an absolute dream come true! We left four seasons feeling bittersweet as we had to part with Michelle. Ps. Bosses of Michelle, we think she did such a fabulous job and deserve a raise !

We stayed at Four Seasons on our last trip to Singapore. It is at Orchard Blvd which is a street parallel to Orchard Rd. It is at the far end of Orchard Rd but just a short walk to it. From there you can go to the Forum, Ion, Tang’s, Lucky plaza, and Takashimaya. You can go further to shop all you want. It is near an MRT station so going to botanical garden or going to Gardens by the Bay is simple.
The hotel is very nice with a big enough lobby. When we checked in and out, there weren’t any queue. It has a gym, lap pool vs family pool. It has a host of restaurants that we didn’t try. Maybe next time.
The room was spacious as can be seen in the picture. The bathroom has shower and bathtub.
The room comes with iron and ironing board in case you want to iron some clothing.
Staff are very courteous and helpful. We were heading out to Hard Rock Cafe and it was drizzling. The staff provided us with umbrellas which we returned when we got back.
Overall, we recommend you try Four Seasons in one of your trips.
The hotel is a bit old, and the lobby felt a bit stuffy compared to other Four Seasons hotels.
Nevertheless, the service was top-notch. They paid great attention to detail, and the guest experience team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The concierges were very helpful in recommending places to visit and take photos. The FS WhatsApp service was also very convenient. Last but not least, hands down to the best Four Seasons breakfast — they even have a rotating hawker food station, which is my favorite.
We held our wedding on 12 October 2024 at The Four Seasons Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. Our wedding coordinator, Mr. Jeremy Lit - the level of professionalism from you and your team has been nothing short of phenomenal. I think most people know of the status of Four Seasons, but you've got to experience it first-hand to understand what a 6-star experience truly is.
From the get-go, your genuine enthusiasm, approach, and all-around demeanour were the reason we went with Four Seasons, to begin with for our nuptials. From the lead-up, the food tasting, addressing some challenges, and affording reasonable packages, it was nothing short of a great experience.
Even up until the wedding date, everything was exceptional. From the quick and excellent service of the front desk to the amazing proactivity and loveliness of the banquet captain and banquet staff, notably Mun Yee and GPS, we have literally zero complaints about our experience at the Four Seasons Singapore.
I hope that anyone reading this would consider holding your events/weddings/dinners and dances at this amazing hotel - you won't regret it.
- A satisfied husband
P.S. Never heard of a pillow menu but it was amazing.
From the moment we chose Four Seasons for our wedding venue, we knew we were in good hands. Our celebration in Window East on September 29th was everything we dreamed of and more. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city made it incredibly convenient for all our guests, and our room was absolutely spectacular – truly the finest hotel accommodation we've ever experienced.
The venue itself offers the perfect backdrop for our intimate wedding. But what truly set Four Seasons apart was their exceptional staff. Michelle Tan, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute gem throughout the months of planning. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire process feel effortless. On the big day, Constance Seah ensured everything ran like clockwork, handling any minor inconsistencies with such grace and professionalism that we barely noticed them.
The service was nothing short of spectacular – from the immaculate setup to the attentive staff who anticipated our every need. The culinary team outdid themselves with an exceptional menu that our guests are still raving about.
While no wedding goes 100% according to plan (that's just the nature of weddings!), the Four Seasons team handled everything with such finesse. Their ability to navigate small hiccups seamlessly allowed us to focus entirely on celebrating with our loved ones.
For couples seeking a venue that combines luxury, impeccable service, and a dedicated team who treats your special day as their own, Four Seasons is unmatched. Special thanks to Michelle and Constance for turning our wedding dreams into reality. This wasn't just a venue – it was the perfect beginning to our happily ever after.
First class hotel in quiet part of town, but short walk to Orchard Rd|Lovely large room with excellent facilities and bathroom.|Pool on top level with magnificent views.|Staff extremely helpful and friendly.|Good breakfast with multiple selections available.|Can’t fault this hotel.
We stayed in the four seasons for a long weekend for my birthday. The hotel itself is lovely, well located and the staff were very helpful & friendly. On my actual birthday, the hotel really spoilt me including a special pancake with a candle at breakfast, a birthday cake delivered to the room, balloons and a message left on the mirror left by house keeping and guest services and some complementary drinks in the bar - it was unexpected and very kind. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and a special mention for Kennith and Clarice from guest services, Beautiful from house keeping and Wei Wei (apologies if I’ve spelt that wrong!) from the hotel bar who really made our stay special.
Fantastic hotel with even better service! We recently stayed the Four Seasons Singapore for our wedding earlier this month. From the moment we arrived we were, in typical FS fashion, treated so, so well. As a great example we were surprised each day with a lovely amenity and a nice bottle of champagne to celebrate our special day. Starting with the rooms, they’re great. The rooms are big, and the view from our particular one was really nice as it faced towards the Marina Bay Sands. The only critique I would make is that the property, and as a result the rooms, are a bit on the older side. You can certainly feel throughout the property that it is a bit in the mid 2000s, but nonetheless very nice. The breakfast buffet was really really good. Lots of local and regional dishes, I particularly loved the chicken curry. The best part of the hotel was the service though. The restaurant staff were always so nice to us. And finally A BIG special thanks to Vivien Lee for offering to help us out in an emergency on our wedding day, even though we ended up not needing it. Location-wise, it’s a 2 minute walk to the Orchard MRT station which will get you to most places in the city in 15ish minutes. It’s also very close to the ION shopping centre which which I loved.
The room is very nice even is isn’t renovated the service was very good but the location is a bit far but still very good because there is a mall near it
I am a long term fan of four seasons , literally the best of hospitality and comfort.
I am really enjoying my stay at four seasons SG( yes i’m still here for another night ) .
Tip: make sure you get the buffet breakfast and if interested check out the bar cocktails and most definitely check out the GYM.. there is AWESOME… then there is this GYM !
This hotel is so amazing. It's really luxurious and really clean. You have a great view of KL from your room. The rooms are really quiet and gives you a comfortable and peaceful feeling. The wifi nevers disapoints at all. But the price is a bit expensive. The rooms that I have stayed at had a washing machine, kitchen and a dining table. Roomsare really comforrable. Overall I give this hotel 5 stars.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Did some deco and offer a cake in the room in preparation for my wife birthday celebration. The room is clean but the lighting is dim. Overall , I enjoyed the stay there. Thanks the staff
Best of - keeps a class and history other luxury hotels miss
Very nice gym and area near gym. A lot of plants and etc..
Pool outside is small like in majority hotel of Singapore.
Rooms good, with very very comfortable beds.
Wonderful hotel. Great pool and service
I just finished a two-week trip to Southeast Asia, and I had the best experience at the Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore, in terms of facilities, people, and room decoration, thanks to Ms. Yu's patience at the front desk.and also thanks for house keeping team~~
Attended wedding banquet. Food is nice and good quality
Fantastic stay especially impressed by the artificial grass tennis courts. Service was great but occasional mistakes eg getting breakfast orders wrong, lost and found will not proactively reach out to customers, that said, overall a pleasant stay.
Had a very lovely stay here with my 3 year old and my husband. They welcomed her with a Teddy, the room had been set up with a child step (to reach the taps), child toiletries and toothbrush. Even a mini gown and slippers! Every morning they gave her child's cutlery, cup and plate. They thought of everything. The beds were so comfortable, the breakfasts were lovely (only thing was that it was hard to order eggs and coffee as although there were alot of staff, it seemed that there were no designated staff for the areas and they all seemed rushed).
The gym was great, it is made to seem private with little separate sections but it has everything you need.
The pool was slightly cold but refreshing once you got in it.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and the staff were so kind.
I want to move into the four seasons Singapore. The restaurants are fantastic. Wonderfully huge gym. Wonderful service. I wish the pools were bigger and more chic. Apart from that great.
5mins walk to Orchard, ION mall and MRT station. Nice service from all staffs, fantastic breakfast variety and upscale professional gym. What can you ask for more. Very recommend👍🏻 I will go again today😄
Didn't stay here, but attended a wedding at their ballroom. Despite a central location, it's not exactly the easiest to access without a car.
Super old decorations and layout, from the moment you enter the hotel lobby. Given that they're located on uneven grounds, the hotel also feels very modularly put together.
That said, ballroom works for a cozy celebration, and food is above average. Not the most luxurious of vibes, but it works in checking a box.
Had a lovely stay. As soon as we arrived concierges were welcoming and helpful. Beautiful room with a lovely bath. On our return in the evening, the housekeeping made up our room and left some fresh water, it was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was really nice. The ambience and people extremely helpful and polite. Will definitely come back.
Extremely satisfied with the service for wan yu from the events or banquet team after my visit for a business event. She was brilliant, smart and attentive. Very helpful and attentive.
From check in to check out the service was excellent. We were given a very early check in after a long flight and this helped a lot when you are travelling with children and elderly. Special thanks to Mr Mah from the front office). The breakfast was great, the director Giovanni even offer complimentary room service when our son was ill. Through out our stay the services we experienced has remained personal and considerate.
The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping and eating out.
Overall this is by far the best 5 Star Hotel with value for money. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Singapore.
We recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Singapore and were delighted with our experience. The property, rooms, restaurants, pool areas are beautiful. The service and hospitality is top tier. We would like to especially thank our concierge, REZAL, who treated us like family. Like many last week, we came to Singapore to see the Taylor Swift concert, Rezal helped us hire a driver to get us to and from the concert. We had an issue but it was immediately handled by Rezal. He actually stayed at the hotel until well past midnight to ensure that my family made it back safely to the Four Seasons post concert. We have never had anyone care for us like Rezal did. His devotion to keeping the clients satisfied is unmatched. We absolutely recommend this hotel and this staff (specifically Rezal at the concierge desk) to anyone considering a trip to Singapore.
Had our wedding banquet here, really impressed with the excellent service throughout our banquet and stay!
Special thanks to our wedding coordinator Eddric and banquet manager Lisa for making sure everything went smoothly! The staff's attention to details and professionalism made us feel really reassured and comfortable. The staff also made a lot of effort to look for our misplaced items and sent them to our room. Room service dining was always prompt.
We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely be back again!
Service staff were really wonderful, always happy to help. Loved all the amenities as well - well equipped gym, 2 pools, luxurious room and one ninety restaurant. We had our buffet breakfast at one ninety, great concept amid the covid restrictions and executed well. Pastries were good at breakfast, the Asian selection can be improved.
Firstly, the service was amazing. From the moment you enter, you’ll be greeted with smiles and friendly staff. I booked the stay with my husband and son (my son’s bday), but my husband had to work and could only come at 10pm. The staff who did my check in, was amazing. He allowed us to check out at 5pm! We enjoyed the hotel very much! Even the staff (Karen) at the swimming pool was friendly! The hotel room itself, wow.. I was not expecting it but it just blew us off. Its amazing, thats all i can say. I’ll definitely come back!
The room was spacious and very well equipped. The bathroom was so luxurious! loved the layout. The snacks bar was crazy expensive though so I recommend bringing your own snacks. The best had to be the service. Everyone who served us had a warm & welcoming smile, enquiries were responded to quickly and efficiently and the cake they sent up (was my friend's birthday) was 10/10! Beautiful, yummy and so chocolaty.
A huge thank you for making the stay such an enjoyable one
The hotel is located in the quiet part of Orchard road. Checking in was fast as reception is both friendly and efficient. We have breakfast and 3 course dinner at the One ninety restaurant. The food was delicious and service was excellent. Special shout up to restaurant service staffs I.e. Chou Wei, Simon and Fal for their excellent service. They are friendly and service impeccable. Well Done! Overall a very nice staycation.
Everything was pretty nice and the staff would change over the room twice a day it seemed. The only reason I don't give them five stars is they were an hour after checkin time before our room was ready and they had told us several hours before we might be able to get into the room early. Then when it comes to checkout time they are unwilling to budge at all and give us even 30 minutes for late checkout even though we had to wait an hour after checkin time to get in. Other than that though the staff/greeters are very friendly. The room was very nice I really enjoyed the shower and the bathtub(although a little short but not bad overall) the toilet has old school style bidet and it made me miss The Fullerton's toilets. The Fullerton had toilets withall the different buttons and settings like you are in Japan and here the toilets did not have that.
Held our wedding at the hotel, really pleased with the service provided! Our guests had nothing but praises for the service rendered from the service crew. Special shout out to the banquet manager, Raymond and our wedding coordinator, Lewis, for ensuring the wedding to be really smooth and successful!! We enjoyed our stay in the bridal suite after a long day. For couple that are looking for a pillar-less ballroom, should really take this into consideration! Really thumbs up to the hotel and the staff!!
Amazing stay that we decided to extend one more night!
Room is spacious and comfy, bed is a bit high to me but it’s super comfort, bathtub is big as well, appreciate that housekeeping team keep cleaning our room.
Restaurant staff is very friendly especially service staff Fal, he’s very thoughtful and sweet, thanks for the excellent service! And the food is great, we enjoyed the dinner three course meal very much! Generous portion and the dinner included one bottle of Prosecco. Breakfast buffet is good variety too.
Overall we really enjoyed the stay very much! Thank you team Four Season Hotel.
Chose a staycation package that included 3 course meal, bottle of Prosecco and breakfast. Came for our wedding anniversary and four seasons hotel was so thoughtful and sweet! They wrote a sweet message on the mirror, gave chocolate covered strawberries and filled the tub with rose petals. Definitely really enjoyed the entire stay as it wasn’t that crowded. The bed and pillows were so comfy that my husband and I could just lie there and fall asleep within seconds. Dinner and breakfast buffet was beyond expectations. Not only were food delicious, the service was hands down one of the best that I have experienced. 10/10 recommend and would book again
Every aspect of Four Seasons Singapore and our 7 day stay here has been exceptional. Yes it is a luxury hotel and the surrounds are lovely, the food excellent and service impeccable. But what stands out to me is that the service has been truly genuine and warm at every point of contact. It has been a pleasure. Thank you.
The hotel was was average. Personally found the staff not so friendly. There appeared to be a shortage of staff. Normally used to having a doorman open the door or automatically open, this was not the case, we had tophysically open the door many times. Upon check out we waited for a long for bags to be collected, and a tiny lady came and collected the bags, and could barely manage. Room was not cleaned to well, bathroom floor was not wiped for the 4 days we were there, this was evident in the marks on the floor. This was not the normal fourseasons service I'm used to especially after having visited so many fourseasons properties. Certainly a disappointment in a city like Singapore.
Hotel is located away from the busy Orchard road. Check in was very fast. Reception is both friendly and efficient. We have breakfast and 3 course dinner at the One Ninety Resturant. The food is delicious and the service from Chou Wei, Simon and Fal at the Resturant were excellent. They are very attentive and friendly that make dining experience very pleasant. Overall a very enjoyable staycation for us!
Only used the conference facilities but the AV displays were very good and clear. Menu for the dinner was tasty and for all tastes.
Good location at top of Orchard Road
Very good service from both the restaurant and bar. Big thanks to Vincent, Gabe and their teams for looking after us!
I think I was spoilt a bit by a preceding stay at the HK four seasons. Obviously it's a good hotel, but air con isn't that great, staff not particularly well trained, the building seems quite old. Pool was nice and big, but pool surrounds are old fashioned concrete rather than decking.
Waited more than 2 hours past to check into my suite - past 3pm. Reservations desk was slow to assign rooms on 2 occasions 20 aug and 21 aug. Hospitality quality is slacking and front desk reception were not efficient in responding to guests - kept the us guests waiting without providing us with an alternative and no offer of a complimentary drink while waiting for the room to be ready. 1.3 - 2 hours wait time is clearly unacceptable in for a 5 star hotel.
My daughter is 8 years old she enjoys a nice hotel and says; we had a great time there. It was clean and tidy. The pool was clean and fun to swim in. Food was nice there. The staff are friendly. The room was luxurious.
Good, luxurious looking hotel, but a little bit old. Not close to MRT but you can easily walk from it. Service is good. Had a company event there, the banquet people were helpful and courteous, willing to go the extra length to make sure you're comfortable and assisted. Inter-department communication can be improved as there seems to be some difficulties in finding information about the banquet from the reception / concierge. Overall, a good hotel
I attended a wedding dinner at one of the ballrooms.
Beautifully decorated place. Service was good. The manager in charge was very nice. He went an extra mile to take care of the guests. He made food arrangements at the last minute for people who were not able to eat seafood.
The room is spacious, the staff are very friendly. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a hotel where all the staff happily greet guests! They’ve also thoughtfully provided all the child amenities we needed! Looking forward to staying again!
Don't be fooled by ratings or claims that this is a 5 star hotel. It is not, by any stretch of the imagination. Our recent experiences at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore follow. Draw your own conclusions.
1. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at approximately 4:45pm. The hotel took a credit card deposit at check-in at 4:50pm after which we were informed our room was not ready. We were escorted to a pool terrace café within the hotel and asked to wait there while our room was belatedly readied. This took ½ hour. At least 2 other guests were also waiting in the café for their respective rooms to be made available to them. We were offered a "soft" drink and informed that if we wanted food or another drink we would have to pay for it.
2. Our room smelled very musty, the hotel’s solution being to place a dehumidifier in our room after we informed reception about the smell. This partly resolved the problem.
3. The toilet was not securely fixed to floor. It moved around to the extent that water in the cistern sloshed onto the toilet floor. A fix was twice attempted (unsuccessfully) by the hotel after which we gave up in frustration.
4. Floor wastes in the bathroom and toilet had an unpleasant stench.
5. On two days during our 8 day stay our room had not been serviced by housekeeping when we returned to the room mid-afternoon.
6. On another occasion our room was serviced but we were left without toilet paper.
7. Breakfast buffet offerings at the One-Ninety Restaurant were at best lukewarm for the entirety of our stay. Even dishes ordered from the kitchen were lukewarm.
8. Poached eggs, tea and coffee ordered from the wait staff failed to arrive. After waiting 20 minutes and making enquiries of the wait staff, our forgotten orders appeared within a couple of minutes.
9. Wait staff were poorly trained. Used plates, cups and cutlery were not cleared from our table promptly, removed cutlery was not replaced and frequently some plates were cleared while others were not.
10. Wait staff would repeatedly walk past an empty coffee cup on our table and, when it was finally removed, they failed to ask if another was required.
We will be returning to Singapore twice later in the year. Needless to say we will not be staying at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
Love this hotel. Posh and extremely comfortable beds, rooms with loccitane amenities. Friendly and professional staff, One of the best Love the breakfast and the gym too Only thing is the location Not very convenient if u don’t drive
Booked a room via Trip , had to reschedule due to last min changes and both Trip and Four Seasons were very accommodating! Check in process was very smooth, everything was well explained. Room was decorated and they even sent up a small cake for my bf's birthday!! The outdoor dinning area was very ventilated so it didnt feel warm while dining in. The staff were all very friendly as well. Breakfast was very delicious. I brought my dog and dog bowls and a personalised towel was also provided! However I wished that pets would be allowed in more places so we wouldnt be restricted to stayin in the room. Would be good if they were allowed to join us by the pool. Understand that they might make a mess, hotel can have them wear pet diapers to prevent mess
Really good room. Good service. Fantastic deal on Klook. Swimming pools were only so-so - could do with an upgrade. Enjoyed our stay. The hotel even provided a really nice cake for our anniversary. The prosecco was delicious. Wifi could be improved and more tv channels could be provided.
Love the staycation experience at Four Seasons. Initially, I was worried that given its long history, the hotel will feel dated. However, to my pleasant surprise, the hotel actually has a luxurious feel and clean. Further, the service staff were extraordinary. Extremely polite and efficient.
Venue wise, it's a short stone throw away from big malls like Ion, along the Orchard Road strip.
What I particularly like (many hotels are implementing this) is the chat function where I was able to make enquiries and requests through my mobile phone, without making a call.
We booked under Hotel Lux which had few additional perks.
In summary, very nice experience. Thanks to the service staff for making the stay memorable!
I attended a professional event at one of the halls in the Four Seasons Hotel. The hotel had a grand classic feel, and her staff was helpful and professional. The washroom was spotless with hand towels conveniently placed at the hand basins. The minor bugbear was there was no signage to direct guests to the venue and the major one was that the reinforcement sound system kept getting interference earlier in the event which was distracting. Other than that, the food served during lunch was delicious.
I just couldn't bring myself to give the hotel experience a 5 star sadly, 4.5 star would be more accurate. Although they say dog friendly, and yes they were absolutely friendly with my dog, for my meals I had to leave the hotel. I basically couldn't go anywhere in the hotel with my pup, not even a bench in the garden and it meant I couldn't fully enjoy the experience. Concierge assisted with the best places to go for coffee, lunch and dinner (don't trust google as I tried to go to Prive on Orchard Road after reading they were dog friendly and was turned away). Would highly recommend open farm community with a small dog amongst others, they let my pup sit at the table with me and provided water it was lovely. Appreciate that you need to be considerate of other guests but it meant I spent the large majority of my time and money outside the hotel and I'm not sure that makes sense either. Would suggest possibly a dog gate and disinfectant left in the room (or on request) with the wonderful hand sown towel given as a present on arrival. The hotel is gorgeous, rooms fantastic and staff absolutely 5 star.
Everything in this hotel was great. Room was large and very comfortable with a great view of the city. Good breakfast and bar area.
Location of the hotel is very good walking distance to ION Mall.
The hotel is little big old, the restaurants are very nice specially the Nobu Restaurant.
The staff is friendly and helpful
This is my first time staying at Four Seasons in Singapore. The location is great. |Stayed here from 10.6 to 9 for three nights and explored Singapore with friends. |During my stay, I would like to express my special thanks to the switchboard team. Chat replies were very fast. They also helped order food delivery services and helped colleagues in the housekeeping department to deliver things. Special thanks to them. |At the same time, Diana from the housekeeping department is also very grateful for helping me clean up the messy wires very neatly. Finally, thank you to Raymond from the food delivery department for the very professional breakfast presentation and cordial greetings|Thank you! Hope to stay again next time :)|Ting Chen|
I think the quality of the staff at Four Scenes is very good. |A hotel where you can feel hospitality |The atmosphere inside the hotel, the size of the rooms, and the food are wonderful |The view from the room is not good, but a hotel that makes you want to come back again
[Stay in July 2024]
☆Good points
(1) It's within walking distance from Orchard, but since it's in the center, the lobby is only used by guests staying at the hotel or using the restaurant, so it's not crowded.
(2) The room is thoroughly cleaned every time.
(3) The fitness gym is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with machines.
☆Amenity
Almost everything is there, but there is no comb.
Toothbrushes have large heads, making it difficult to brush your back teeth.
☆Notes
The free water in the room is in a glass bottle, so you can't take it with you when sightseeing. Buy your own bottled water.
[General review] As expected from a 5star hotel. While I was away from the room, they put ice for my drink, closed the curtains, and turned on night mode, which surprised me with their hospitality.
You can enjoy cake and nuts for free as a gift from the hotel.
This time, I also used room service, and each item was large in quantity and of course tasted good, so I was very satisfied.
I would definitely like to use it again.
There are two pools, but please note that one of them has a slightly shorter opening time, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ⚠️
[Location]
There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and buses to the airport also run there, making it convenient for sightseeing.
There are buses heading towards MBS, and there are many malls nearby, making it convenient for shopping!
[Room features]
・Separate bath and toilet: Separate. There are also two washrooms, which are convenient.
・USB port presence/absence: Yes
・Wi-Fi: Easy to use.
There was a sense of intimacy as soon as we checked in, and the house keeping was very considerate. Our clothes were messy in the toilet, but they had already cleaned them up for us when we went back to the room.
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and perfect! However, the location was a little disappointing ~ But other than that, everything else was good. I want to use it again when I go on a trip to Singapore next time!!😁😁
The Four Seasons Singapore is, in the best sense of the word, a classic luxury hotel. Instagram suitability counts for little here. Service and quality count here.
The question is, do the amenities justify the asking prices and can the brand live up to all expectations? In my opinion only to a limited extent. Many little things make the FS a special accommodation. However, the signs of age are obvious and the elegant ambience makes a sketchy impression in many places. Just like the service. This is often outstanding but in other places it is simply careless. An example: We spent an afternoon at the adults-only pool. Shortly after we sat down, we were offered a free small bottle of water and later a glass of juice. Great! But at the same time we had to observe that a cabana that had been abandoned for hours was not cleaned up. Everything was left behind and coming guests searched in vain for a place.
We've noticed similar things more often and they don't do justice to the name Four Seasons. Everything should be from a single source here.
Conclusion: We would definitely prefer a serviced apartment for our next stay. A concept that is finding more and more friends, especially in Asia. A well-equipped apartment with a living room and bedroom, a small kitchen, washing machine and the like. There is often a breakfast restaurant, pool and gym and the rooms are cleaned daily. Not more. Lots of space, less service. Enough for me and definitely the greater luxury.
The location of the hotel is very good, and shopping on Orchard Road is very convenient.
As soon as you enter the room, you can feel the quality
, high floor room, the view outside is very beautiful.
The room is also very comfortable, the pillows and quilts are very comfortable to lie down on.
shortcoming:
1) There are too few toiletries, only one tube of toothpaste,,,
2) Some rooms provide fruit? Some send small cakes? There is a gap.
3) The room is dark, very dark, very suitable for sleeping, but not suitable for scrolling on mobile phones.
4)ckeckin It took a very, very long time, either because there were so many tourists, or because I asked a lot of questions and filled in the information. Is this a phenomenon after the epidemic is lifted?
The hotel needs an urgent renovation! Bad value for money. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were also comfortable. The breakfast is not worth it, too expensive and not much choice, apart from the sweets. The pools are too small, intended more for the children. Overall not recommended for the money!
