My partner and I stayed here for 11 days and here is my honest review: Rooms : 7/10 The rooms are relatively clean, size is also decent for the price paid in Singapore. However on our first few nights, we had an issue with the air conditioning, it was really warm and we couldn’t sleep well at all, this was quickly fixed by the amazing staff and we got our room swapped. We did also notice that the rooms got dusty relatively quickly— the black counter tops in the room gets dusty after a few hours even though we’be wiped it down ourselves, aircon vents also had a layer of dust, hopefully they can schedule for vent cleans more often. The fridge in our room was also really small for a longer stay and it constantly had water at the bottom shelf of the fridge and it wasn’t very cold. Amenities : 5/10 Gym was really small, fits at best 3 people. 4 would be almost impossible to do anything. Pool seemed ok, didn’t use it as it seemed pretty cramped and in full view of the restaurant/cafe they had. Service : 10/10 Every staff member we came across was friendly, always greeted us with a smile and was ready to help if we needed. Housekeeping : 8/10 Cleaning is done every 2 days and towels will only be refreshed if you leave them on the floor— this is all acceptable as they do clean the rooms really well. There is a QR code to scan if you need any additional towels etc or your bins emptied, but in our experience, the requests seemed to be missed quite often. It also seems that you need to leave a request at reception to get your room cleaned each time— or we may have missed something, I’m not sure. But there were a few times where we’ve been out all day and came back at 4/5pm to freshen up before heading out again, only to find that our room has yet to be done up. Location : 9/10 It’s nearly plenty of food places, convenient shops, bus stops and train stations. Didn’t have much need to take a cab to most places we went. Also lots of good hawkers in the area and some 24hr places too! Overall, I would give the hotel an 7.5/10. it’s a decent hotel with a few little improvements needed.

Good budget hotel for solo travel. The tap water is drinkable in case you don't want to goto 4th floor to get water refill. The place is decently approachable from the International airport. No Durian is allowed in the hotel.

We came with no expectations to try out this Ibis-Styles @ Macpherson. We left entirely charmed. There is soul, there is life, in this seemingly hard concrete fortress. The people factor came through very quickly and clearly from the moment we walked into the Reception area. Check in was so swift and cool - no dilly-dallying. We were expected. Our 8th floor room was ready for us. So was the restaurant team. Executive Chef George was there, all too eager to pamper us with his signature dishes. His nan was tops - so good, we repeated three orders in our time there. Breakfast was also enjoyable. Despite the numbers, there were always seats for us. And, tip-top service attention. We have but all good praises for this outstanding Ibis-Styles - one that AccorPlus can be proud of. Encore, GM Shamila. 😊

Stayed here for 3 days with family. Hotel is located on the outskirts, away from city. Taxi men denied the ride and we had a tough time. No MRT station near by. We had taken 2 standard rooms. Very small rooms. There's hardly any space to keep the luggage. No wardrobe. Locker in one room was out of service. No drinking water/ bottle supplied in rooms, we have to go to the reception lobby and fill on our own. Breakfast had good spread, but the same menu every day. No wash room near reception. Overall, no value for money 👎

Finally I got a staycation after years.. Its a peaceful locations with low houses view direction.. Quiet at night yet lively.. The stay is wonderful, staffs are friendly.. After check out, I accidentally forgot my Gold Amulet which hang on the wall.. My partner call to arrange for my collection.. Although I'm busy with work schedule, the staffs got my attention that's a valuable amulet to me.. Thank you housekeeper, Reception staffs, n Mr NESH who did extra miles to save keep it as he knows the importance of this Nepal Gold Amulet.. I bless all staffs of ibis hotel with peace n harmony in life 🙏🏻 Om Ah Hung...

I booked, paid, informed the checked in time advance by the Booking app which I checked in around 4 p.m that I had to wait for the room more than 20 minutes due to it was not ready but it doesn’t matter. Then, the overall is quite okay including clean, comfortable, and nice service! I really like the nice view from the room’s window during the night time because I stayed on ninth floor.

Finding a reasonably priced good quality hotel in Singapore is a big challenge! I'm so glad we chose Ibis on Macpherson. The rooms are neatly designed with good quality furnishing and finishing - clean and practical. Sound proof was great - there were hardly any noise but we know it's a busy hotel. The staff were very cheerful, helpful and professional - from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant. Well done! And the hotel takes all measure to be environmental friendly - especially like the idea that to refill drinking water with glass jar provided in the room, instead of giving water in plastic bottles. This is so far the second hotel i came across. SUPER Thumbs-up. But suggest to have water refill station at every floor cause of the high volume of guests and busy lifts. I am sure the hotel can easily add a refill water station on every floor. I have always been a fan of Ibis hotels - have stayed in more than 3 in different countries. Never been disappointed.

Rooms are quite small..for one person it's absolutely superb...one thing which was so wierd I want to sharr they don't have any kind of exhaust fan or window in the room in that case u can easily smell the while using restrooms.. when I used the room I opened the main door of my room after using toilet for a while...but if u say food ambience cleanliness chefs was too good👍👍👍

A long walk from MRT Mattar station. when arrived a ground floor, we enter through mall entrance door searching 1st-3rd floor, not even see how to access into hotel till coincident we met a hotel admin at 3rd floor lift. In addition in the mall, most of shops are no longer operate. There are no one around in mall, except bottom only few pubs operating with those "people" hang out there. Overall impression is not safe, not even dare to go out at night after check in. Some more the bed is not that clean, felt dusty and there are blue threads on bed. Being as an Accor member, the apps stated "welcome drink", expected some drinks will be given during check in, or it just some ordinary coffee tea packs in room?

I highly recommend Ibis Styles Singapore on MacPherson. All the staff went over and above to make our stay an enjoyable one. Recently returned from a weeks stay for a sporting event with a large team and they made our team feel so special. The pool is nice and big and is a perfect spot to unwind. The reception was really nice. Friendly staffs. However the cleanliness of the room can be better managed. There were ants on the table. Dust on the floor. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to head down personally to take from the front desk. However, the bed was really comfortable though the pillow was soft. The tv quality was so so bad though. If you need a quick crash it's really fine. But I know of better ones at the same price point.Breakfast was very very busy. But staff and food was great. Had a pleasant breakfast.

I have been to this place twice and the staff are great. The restaurant manager Mr Bala is a friendly and chatty man. Rroom was dusty although it was cleaned. Had to pull my sofa bed aside after their 2nd clean to show them the dust and dirt hidden behind as when the sofa is opened we are actually facing the dust and dirt while lying down. Small roaches were spotted in the toilet and cupboards two days in a row. I don't know if I will come back again due to the roaches.

Was pleasantly surprised with this place. Room was cosy and nicely furnished also staff were really friendly. The only negative was the restaurant, the actual dishes themselves were alright but each time we went it was at least an hour's wait for food to arrive and most arrived cold. Seems like the kitchen was short staffed, if they sort this out it would likely be great.

U can have a comfortable stay at this hotel.. the best thing which I loved and specially recommend to all of you is to opt for the pool view room.. it was completely awesome.The view is insane. Overall a good stay. I traveled to Singapore with my wife, mother and 3 years old daughter in Jan 2018. Location is fine and not so close to MRT station, however the hotel provided free shuttle service which can take you to the nearby MRTs. You have to book this one day in advance as chances of it getting full is high. Room were little small but that was fine as we were out full day for city tours. Rooms were neat and tidy, well maintained and good room service. Booking Taxi from the hotel desk was very convenient. Great staff ! The food is good in quality, however there is scope in improving the menu or option of Veg/Non-veg foods. The dinning area is very nice with swimming pool in the center.

I don't like giving them 3 stars, but this hotel is not meant for families, especially from India. They'll have a shock of their lives when they must stow their heavy luggages in their rooms by themselves. Everything is self-help here. It is good for Business Executives and single people, but for families I won't recommend this unless you need a cheap accommodation.(Certainly not that cheap if we go by Indian Currency!) You can have sumptuous breakfast here(with no lunch and dinner, you have been warned!) which is good, rooms are neat, clean and chik(but they'll feel small for our size) with free wifi which I am just using to write this review. No room service, not even a glass of water will be delivered. The rest is okay.

Location is a bit far from mrt. There are eateries nearby with 15 mins walk. No shopping mall nearby. Room clealiness is so so, I can see rubbish still in safety box. Apparently they don't clean thoroughly. I can't really accept they do not provide hair dryer. Breakfast buffet is average. I felt the booking fee is overpriced at this standard.

We found the room (standard queen) really small. No space to put our cases and still walk, plus we were forever having to shuffle around each other to use the basin area or to access the toilet or shower. We liked that the toilet and shower were separate but found the lighting in those areas inadequate. Also the towels were small and thin. Singapore living tends to require two showers a day. It's hard to keep rehanging towels to 'save the planet' if they don't really last for even one shower. The breakfast was decent - as long as you aren't expecting a good range of cereals or fruit. The bed was huge and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did have to ring down for toilet paper, which housekeeping failed to replace. Generally, our stay was okay except for the location of the hotel. We had earlier stayed in the Bugis area (which was great) and chose the IBIS Styles on Macpherson for this stay because of proximity to the airport. Dumb decision. There is nothing there, the shuttle to the MRT is one way only and only at 10am and 11am. Plus the saving on the taxi fare to the airport was minimal. Ask about the Handy phone in the room! It's a great facility but is unfortunately not mentioned anywhere in the room info or promoted at check in. What a wasted opportunity.

You get what you pay for. Do not expect anything like a downtown hotels. Very basic hotel with basic room and bathroom. Quite small beds but comfy enough for a one night. It is clean, there is something that you will find for yourself to eat for breakfast which is pretty tasty to be honest. Pool was closed and unfortunately there was no info about it on accor app when I was booking. Quite far from center but we used it as an airport hotel because it was all booked

Nice location, delicious breakfast variety, good sized family room with pull out sofa bed, a small area to prep food, plenty of cupboard space. The mall below the hotel is mostly empty with a small but well-stocked grocery store. There is a playground in a park across the road. The AC in our room didn’t work well. The downside for our family with kids was that the pool and gym share the breakfast/cafe space so there is very little privacy there and some guests stare, take photos and play loud music in the area. The managers were very helpful.

It was good overall. Chose this place for convenience for an exam but it's just a 15 min walk from Tai Seng MRT, so not too bad. The most important things, bed and cleanliness, were great. Comfortable and lovely shower too. Breakfast on bad side although I got that from second hand as I didn't go. It's provided in the price so you can't really complain as it's 3 star hotel. Double bed room was good, wifi was fast enough and staff were friendly. Overall it is good and I went to both Bencoolen ibis and this one in MacPherson Road.

First of all. I was here for 2 days. The first day we stayed by using accor rate because the second day we use compliment as one of my 2 times compliments. So if you're asking about the overall, i'm gonna say it's okay. For the details : 1. Your breakfast was messed, mess-placed, less space, less waiter/waitress, less responsive breakfast staff. In my personal opinion, the taste is underrated. 2. The location of your hotel is quite far for the town. Hard to find convinient stores. Or maybe your staff can a little bit help with some information for whats around your hotel. 3. The shuttle bus was so helping. Love this ! 4. Room is clean and styled. Perfect ! Even it is small 5. Your staff is less-friendly. Even its looks like they're very hard to say good mmornin/noon/evening. So overall, it's OKAY

Experience was good. But your rooms having Washbasin within the room. That's very awkward. Also if you are getting Indians in your hotel then you should have more Indian options also in your hotel breakfast buffet. Everyday people cannot have hash brown and bread.

Me and my mother visited in 21/12/2018 last year my mother was not comfortable in that room our room number was 821 she was getting safocation so I requested he staff to Chang the room and give us a room which have a window and sunlight they had rooms but they dint help me I was ready to pay extra but no use the entire room was packed and the main thing was it the We dont like ac so all time we use to switch off ac may b next time if I visit pleas help me to choose room as my kind it’s request

Well located establishment, close to metro stations and not too far from the airport, which reduces travel times after a long flight. About ten minutes walk away, several shopping centers with many restaurants. Comfortable bedding but very firm pillows. Mini fridge too small to keep a large bottle of water cool. Shower towels with holes. Noisy air conditioning system so remember to bring your earplugs. Increasingly low-end quality breakfast catering (I've been coming here for several years) with dried out pastries, well-diluted fruit juice, a mountain of scrambled eggs cooked too long in advance, fruit sliced ​​(melon, watermelon) not ripe, no more cooking on demand, sound system too loud.

The room was small enough, and the bathroom towels were still stained with oil and were taken out for new guests to use. The two-person room only had one chair and I didn't know where to put the two large suitcases. The breakfast dishes were few but not bad. Convenient location. Near the metro and bus stops with routes to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean, friendly staff, good views from the window from the 4th floor and above. The pool is not deep and not large, but spending half a day near it, in the sun with a cocktail, is quite normal. Very monotonous food for breakfast. For the expensive price, the quality of drinks (cocktails) and dishes in the bar-restaurant is so-so. There is no shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner in the rooms. There are only solid and liquid soap.

Although the environment is on the main road, it is really far away from all the attractions. To enter and exit, you have to pass through a shopping mall with no shops at all. There are only four or five that you can't see inside. It looks like a nightclub, but it seems a bit shady. When you get to the room, it is the only one. The benefit is that there are windows to the outside. Of course it couldn't be opened, but there was no cleaning at all. There was nothing in the refrigerator and there was a large area of ​​purple dirt that was either red wine or juice. It was already night when we arrived. When I was getting ready to take a shower, I started to realize that I was completely blind. There were no towels or toothbrushes. I had to call customer service one by one before they would be delivered. On the second day, I became more and more angry every day. When I returned to the hotel the next day, I found that the room was not cleaned at all, and even the trash was not collected. Asked the lobby manager. The reply was that it would not be cleaned every day for continuous stays, but it would not be cleaned every day after that. I have to call every time before someone comes to collect the trash.

Macpherson Road is not your usual destination for Indians to stay. Especially if you are a vegetarian. After a lot of research I decided to book the Ibis Styles on Macpherson Road. It was a good choice as we didn't want to stay near the usual Little India and just experience the regular tourist thing. I booked two rooms for 8 nights starting from 4th May to 12th May 2022. The rooms were neat & clean with a huge window looking over the beautiful skyline of Singapore. This is what I was looking for, a room with a window & view. As I had read that most hotels don't have windows. The rooms are mostly small. But design was contemporary & modern. Rooms aren't cleaned daily . You have to request for it to be cleaned only then will they clean the room or replace the used towels. The Hotel houses a resturant but vegetarian food is very very limited & very expensive. I was eating My breakfast here at Rs.1200-Rs.1500/ per day. Later I found a Nepali Vegetarian restaurant down the road called Himalay & was relieved to find veg Indian cusine there. The Ibis is good as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but you find some great Singapore Hawkers Stalls around Macpherson for that authentic Non Vegetarian Menu. Ibis also has a fantastic pool area housed on the 4th floor alongside their resturant. It is absolutely beautiful setting and we really loved it to cool of at the pool after a long day . The staff is well trained & extremely polite and friendly . The Chef always offered to make some vegetarian dish off the Menu only for Me which was quiet touching. The one downside is no water in the toilets . There is a laundromat on the 5th floor so it takes care of your soiled clothes. Ssd $10 for the wash & Ssd $10 for drying the clothes. Only be sure to put the coins in the right slots as it is a bit confusing and I lost Ssd $10 on the first go as I put the coins in the wrong slot.🙈 The management was magnanimous to allow us a late check out . Thank you for that.❤ Its a great place to stay in Ibis Styles along with family & friends. Definitely worth the spend.

The hotel room does not provide bottled water, so you have to pay for it at the water machine outside. Hygiene is average, it is recommended to use your own towel! The location is relatively remote, but the staff downstairs will call a taxi on your behalf.
