Reviews of Pan Pacific Singapore
The Pan Pacific Singapore offers a luxurious staycation experience with stunning views of Marina Bay. Rooms are spacious and elegantly designed, featuring modern amenities. The hotel's dining options are diverse and delicious, while the pool and wellness facilities provide relaxation. Perfect for a rejuvenating getaway in the heart of the city. We went there for our anniversary celebration and it was amazing!
A great place to stay, all the staff were awesome, as was the food and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable.
Luxurious stay in Singapore.
Great pool to unwind by with poolside bar service, outstanding.
Great views from our room.
Pleasant surprise to be able to check in earlier to the hotel and was provided a complimentary upgrade to a higher level room (Executive Marina Bay Room)! Room was spacious with superb view of the Marina Bay!! Service was great, housekeeping lady, Tina was friendly as well! Was also given a box of chocolates when we checked in and an Xmas sock on our 2nd day of stay as it’s Xmas eve! The pool comes with 2 huge donut floats. Unfortunately, not sure if it’s due to the weather, the water is really cold and cool. There’s also a kids indoor playground (socks to be worn). The playground is very kid friendly and clean. Definitely a pleasant experience, it would even more memorable if there were fire works!
Overall our stay was a good experience. The staff are great, the malls are very accessible, the room is neat and organized, and especially it is near the popular tourist spots. We just hope they can do something about the noise that is coming in from the other rooms because I believe the access door between rooms is not air tight and/or soundproofed.
We spent the eve in a club room with a fantastic view. However, the service from reservation to check in, left much to be desired. The hotel room reservation team and the check in counter staff were both unhelpful and reluctant to assist. Cleanliness was also an issue, as we experienced discomfort from itching on the bed overnight. On a positive note, the club experience was excellent, and special thanks to Sugu for providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The dinner at Edge restaurant isn’t worth its price due to the lack of freshness in the seafood items-a disappoin**ent.
Booked pacific club select studio for celebrating bday for me and my partner. Before hand requested for a balcony view room however it was not available on that day itself but they managed to give us a very nice marine view. Checked in was a little long as the queue combined of different request.(example checking out) there was a hiccup during my check in. I booked the room with club benefits, the person who attended me did not went through the club benefits like the timing for the afternoon tea, cocktail session and breakfast. It could because he was disrupted by the other guest. The person did a service recovery by delivering the informations and the access card to the club lounge to my room and apologized to me. The selections for the afternoon tea, evening cocktail and breakfast were good! They even had menu for cocktails and their service were good. The staff surprised us by placing the bday cake ( a whole cake )and fruits inside our room while we were having evening cocktail. Thanks for the surprise! Will definitely come back again!
great view with great food, v convenient with MBS, Marina Square, Suntec City & Millenia Walk nearby.
I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to the reception team for their prompt and gracious assistance when I believed I had misplaced my bracelet in the room. I appreciate the time and effort taken to help me search for it. Your staff's willingness to assist in such matters truly reflects the high level of service provided at your establishment. However, upon further inspection, I discovered that the bracelet was safely tucked away in one of my bags. I must express my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by my initial assumption. I deeply appreciate the hotel staff's patience and understanding during this situation. Please convey my gratitude to the entire team for their professionalism and courtesy. It is reassuring to know that your hotel is staffed by such dedicated and helpful individuals.
Just checked out this wonderful place. We had an incredible time staying here. The room was big and spacious and had a nice view too! There was a fun surprise left in the room too with a surprise cake and balloons too! Only issues would be that the hotel is not exactly the closest to the MRT and checkout was hectic and confusing. The queue was long and a lot of people standing around looking confused. There was insufficient quick check out forms too and the staff looked stressed. But all in all, wonderful trip and look forward to coming back again!
Had a great time staying at Pan Pacific, would love to stay here again for the next trip, the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I've ever experience, I would say its definitely the best in Singapore, if not. the whole of South East Asia, it is definitely a highlight and I highly recommend book the room with breakfast included (saves a lot of money too). Views are great, location is great, a little walk to the nearest MRT, but bus and taxis are highly accessible. The only downside for me and my wife are the lifts, it is a little slow and not sufficient for the amount of guests in the hotel, it can sometimes take up to 10-12 mins to get from the room to the lobby, I had 2 uber rides that charged me a waiting fee just because I was stuck waiting for the lift to arrive (I hailed the uber when I stepped out of my room). Other than that, its perfect!
Have always enjoyed staying at Pan Pac. The cleanliness is really good. The view of the room was spectacular. Their buffet breakfast was great too.
This hotel is in an excellent location. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Lovely spacious and comfortable room
Excellent breakfast with everything you could want. Highly recommend.
Team at Pan Pac absolutely excels in customer service and making you feel special. All the staff managed to upkeep their professionalism while maintaining their warmth and happiness to help in my requests. Reception staff were so helpful, and helped with a check in at 1pm plus storage of birthday cake. Was very luckily upgraded to the Panoramic Suite which was huge and had an unblocked view of Marina Bay. Pacific Club lounge comes with Champagne breakfast, High Tea and Evening Cocktails & Canapes. The lounge’s bartender participates in competitions and their drinks really are notches above the usual bland fare out there, with delicious concoctions unique to Pan Pacific. The food at the lounge is buffet style and some items are of pretty decent quality, enough to delight and fill you. Breakfast comes with both a buffet and ala carte menu, and is again, notches above the competition. Although the room requires a little polishing up in some places, overall the stay was more than pleasant thanks to the amazing service by the staff.
excellent place to stay in. view was AMAZING! room is very big and awesome to stay in.came with a super big toilet and bathtub. i was so happy to stay here.gym was also really good!connected to quite a few malls so there is plenty to do
Room was spacious but a little old. Water from the shower area will leak out to the common toilet area making the toilet floor wet all the time. Overall the stay is good and near to town shopping area.
Lot of food options at Edge buffet. I did not stay there
Check in took 25 min, should have more staff for that. Besides that, very happy to stay here again. Got balloons and cake for birthday celebration. Room is excellent and view is good.
Perfect location, wonderful service acknowledges status & act accordingly.
Great hotel in super location. Friendly helpful professional staff. Lovely clean room with all usual facilities. Would definitely recommend.
I booked an Premier Suite but was upgraded to a Skyline Suite with access to the Pacific Club.Whilst all the staff and especially the club staff are very friendly and helpful I did have several problems with the room. First, the DVD player did not work and they replaced it with a Blu Ray player, secondly the in room safe did not operate and they replaced the battery and then on two days the room key did not operate-the first time not even the security guard or the room attendant could access the room but fortunately being a suite it had a second door which the attendant could access. ON both occasions I had to go to reception to have the key re-activated and the second time I asked for it to be changed to the second door. This should not happen at any hotel much less a "luxury" hotel.
All Staff is very nice to me yes I mean "all staff". Location is very comfortable and View from my room is very very good. I see Marina bay from my room. And the breakfast make me surprise. It's delicious.
We arrived late on a Monday afternoon and their systems were down. It took about 30 minutes to check in, but in this time we were offered a complimentary drink, to take a seat and they would come and get rather than standing in line, good service.
Depending on what your room is on there are glass external lifts to the higher floors which I loved as ever time you got in the lift you had an amazing view of Singapore. There are a number of dining options in the hotel including a cocktail bar. Or you can go out the door on level 2 straight into a shopping Center and seek out all sorts of food options.
The concierge desk was helpful every time whether it was to organise a taxi and walking instructions to get somewhere (for us it was the concert hall on the esplanade)
Great service all round.
Situated at the most convenient place as it's surrounded by touristy places and shopping malls. Check in was smooth and we were upgraded to the Pacific Club Room. The view was stunning and I can never get enough of the Singapore skyline esp at night! The room was spacious with a huge bath tub. And probably the first toilet w a bidet in Singapore (at least for me). We were lucky to witness the Ndp practice & saw beautiful fireworks at the comfort of our room! We love that the malls and eateries are nearby, walking distant so to comfort the hungry humans. We certainly love the interior of the hotel, so insta-worthy! Lastly, we will come back again as it has become one of our favourite stay in SG! Thank you for such an awesome stay Pan Pacific!
One of the best customer service. The room view is superb. Very gorgeous! Very clean. Face with a small problem with the room. The service recovery is really good!
Pan Pacific Hotels are always my best choice during my journey time, with Titanium membership of GHA group, this is the second time that the crew member helped me upgrade the room type from Deluxe room to Suite room with a huge sofa and mini bar that I can enjoy the view of Marina Bay and CBD of Singapore. I also got a free afternoon tea and breakfast on the top floor of hotel. Anyway, Pan Pacific Forever!!!
Lift was old and under maintenance. Access card didn't work, but ground staff blamed me for spoiling the cards, first time for everything. Lounge staffs were great and generally everyone else was helpful but reception.
Must admit we couldn’t secure the Marina Bay Sands so this was the next best. Booked a balcony room with magnificent views of the Sands and the waterfront. You could not want a better view day or night. The room itself is immaculately presented and l appreciated how they have delivered this newly refurbished space. In terms of five star accommodation the room certainly delivers this.
Ignorantly we didn’t read the fine print that the Pan Pacific Singapore is undergoing a massive refurbishment. Whole floors are boarded up, the lobby is nothing more than a reception/concierge desk and every public space smelled of carpentry. They openly declare in business hours that’s when the noise will happen, and it does trust me.
Putting all that aside their service and professionalism was brilliant. The breakfast offering at Edge easily was the most comprehensive and delicious I’ve ever had (the friendliness of Janice gave each experience the warmth other staff lacked). We loved the access to three main shopping centres nearby and a good five minute walk to a couple of MRT stations.
Not to put anyone off but unless you’re a valued regular client I’d hold off here until the refurb is done just because it sucks a lot of energy and vibrancy.
Great location for business trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The best breakfast buffet I have ever had - only problem was it starts at 7am, not 6am.
have to add hidden fees to use fridge. no ironing board. the service is slow. booked a room with extra bed but wasn't ready until midnight. the view was nice though. the place is also strategy. near the iconic buildings of Singapore.
The breakfast at the Edge restaurant is fantastic. So many styles to choose from, you'll need 5 days to try them all.
Only had drinks at the ground floor lounge with friends.
Nice atmosphere, classy decor, comfortable sofas. A large pot of chamomile was $10 served with a small bottle of honey, mocktails less than $20... closed at 11pm though.
Nice place, will return.
Room smells terribly ( humid) and facility inside the room is beaten up. Quality of the facility or hardware inside the room is probably a 2-3 star hotel quality. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel
Some renovation going on within and outside the hotel. Everyone in the hotel seems busy and minds their own business. The only outstanding service is the concierge who upon our arrival, opens the door for us when we alighted from a cab. There are several countries' flags in display outside the hotel...was wondering what does that symbolize? The hotels franchise are in these countries?
My preschooler absolutely loves the Urban Jungle Village and the rooms (rooms above the 30th storey have an incredible view). The Urban Jungle Suite was great as well. Definitely money well spent - it's a place our family will come back and again in the years ahead.
Rooms are well furnished, albeit a tad small. Still, it feels luxe and comfortable enough for an extended stay. 😉
Was here for F1. Location is great. Right beside the hotel is marina square, suntec city and millenia walk. Rooms design are a little old with the usual wooden feel. It's been like this for almost a decade. However the service provided by the staffs are impeccable. Hotel breakfast is fabulous with a good spread.
Nice view of my room facing Marina Sands and Singapore Flyer. In room food service is delicious and nice food presentation.
I would regard Pan Pacific as one of the best hotels in Singapore! Was there for a family staycation. We’ve got zero complaints, the kids were happy, overall very nice experience.
We had tea time here cum birthday celebration here. It was fun and something to remember as the team was very nice. I should compliment Sufian also for his excellent service to us as he checked back with us often. As out food was delayed, he keeps checking on us on the quality of the food and service. Very well done!!
Received an award at Ballroom 1 and 2.
Staff is helpful.
Pan Pacific is clean and peaceful.
Male staff at the main gate helped some visitors to book the taxi.
Overall it was a pleasant experience receiving Asia Woman Leadership Award by CMO Asia at Pan Pacific Singapore.
a very convenient location with malls opposite of my hotel, service is good. Room is extremely clean, I left my cake on the table for 12hours and there were no insects at all lol????
They gave me 619 which has water leaking in the bathroom and room has the bad mold smell. Good view from the balcony. Disappointed so far. Could not sleep. Feels like I want all my money back
Update: they changed the room and did everything they could do to make my stay good.
I celebrated my anniversary at the Edge cafe yesterday. The food and service was awesome especially the complimentary cake at the end of my meal. It was a pleasant surprise. The desserts were scrumptious so you gotta eat here.
A pleasant stay!
The staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean, not dust-free clean, but clean enough for us. 😅
Found small bugs in the clothes cupboard in one of our rooms but as we did not use the cupboard and there weren't bugs outside, it was not really a big issue for us. Booked 2 rooms and the hotel kindly gave us connecting rooms, appreciate that! As I did not have a hdmi cable, the service staff kindly lend us a hdmi cable for our use as well.
Breakfast was a buffet line breakfast (but, instead of getting the food yourself, you tell the chefs what do you want and they'll get it for you).
Check in process took 10-15 minutes. Checking out was way faster (took only less than 5 minutes) since they have the express check out option.
The rooms are all carpeted, it has a nice layout with a great view. I was on level 23. It has 2 single beds. The bathroom is amazing, they have a shower room in it and a spacious bathtub, with a glass wall so u can admire the room while soaking. If u want some privacy u can also put down the screen beside the bath via the switch near the door. They have a selection of tea and espresso available in the room, with a TV, glass table and chair. It's amazingly homely.
Staycation at this hotel never disappoint us. From the hassle free check in until the breakfast selection, we’re very happy with the service, cleanliness and the professionalism. We will definitely back to this hotel for staycation.
I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Definitely will come back to the same hotel in the future.
Had late dinner buffet at the edge restaurant. Service was good. Food says generally quite good, but love the chocolate rum at the desert offering. Only complaint I have was the king crabs leg was no good at the beginning. Not fresh. My dining companion mentioned the later batch was better.
Great stay for our annual wedding anniversary. We prefer to come pan pacific as the environment and facilities we like.
Beautiful hotel. Cleanliness is exceptional. Layout of room is spacious, even in the standard rooms. It is conveniently connected to nearby malls which are accessible without having to step out into the heat. Reception can't use prepaid cash cards as deposit on check-in, but are happy to just hold your card details if you don't have a credit card.
This is one of finest hotel in Singapore. Service is great and so is food. The hotel is in the middle of busy business zone, Suntec City. There is scenic walk nearby on the promenade with a spectacular view of Marina Bay Sands and iconic Merlion.
Exactly what you'd to expect from a 5 start hotel. Facilities are impeccable. The free breakfast buffet beat any other breakfast I've ever had no matter where you are from. The staff (I'd prefer to call them family now) are extremely nice and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here. P.S. Kurt, you were very helpful in showing us to our F1 gate and although you don't get much time to mingle with the guest, you sure did make an impression on us!
Lobby and room looks good after upgrading! Soothing colour scheme in the lobby that looks cool and alas!
Young reception, David, didnt perform up to expectation! Abit lacking in customer service! Don't think it is the result of hospitality industry's shortage of staff! In a hotel of this calibre, the in house training or Shatec may not have done a good job!
F&B in the hotel still serving good food!
By far the most exciting and best stay I've ever had. Great service, clean and beautiful rooms. Awesome view (especially at the 360-degree-club on level 38). Delicious food an breakfast. Last but not least, nice feature: EU-Plugs and USB-Charger available in the room walls.
This is a stunning hotel, perfectly situated for exploring Singapore. The train is close and it is surrounded by multiple malls. Also the concierge made our stay a breeze and even got my phone back when I left it in a taxi. The service is friendly and helpful.
Fong Pheng is very attentive to details, n got my son the soy sauce for sushi. Very kind of her when the Japan station should have. The laksa is cutting cost, the laksa leaves were hidden, and no more Chinese soup, aglio olio, and rojak, can we add these popular items back?! 😓 been here many years and desserts r still one of the best 👍
Loved it. Everything about our stay here was great. The hotel is lovely, service is great, staff were always friendly and helpful. Good room size especially considering the luggage we had. Club Lounge is the way to go. Amazing views from up there and no kids!
Food selection & quality was fabby. Really enjoyed sitting up there with all around views of Singapore
The dinner buffet service was quite poor, likely because we went on a Sunday night and it was full. Plus due to safe distancing, some of the measures make the experience not as pleasant. The cakes were not as nice - the biscuits were soggy, likely because they were left to thaw or smth. If you like seafood, their prawns were very fresh. The lobsters and crabs are alright.
Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore first opened its door in 1986 to much fanfare as this is one of the 3 hotels including Marina Mandarin Hotel and Mandarin Oriental Hotel that are integrated with Marina Square Shopping Mall. You can literally walk into the shopping mall from any of the 3 hotels. You can also access Millenia Walk Mall and Ritz Carlton Hotel from its side entrance through the integrated garden walkway or to Suntec City Mall. It is time for another revamp to compete with the newer hotels as the last revamp was in 2012.
Pan Pacific Singapore is known for its modern design, exceptional service,
Can relax and rejuvenate at the hotel's wellness facilities, which include a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa. The hotel also has a ballroom and several function rooms, making it an ideal venue for meetings, conferences, and events.
Overall, Pan Pacific Singapore offers an excellent experience for both business and leisure travelers.
The Harbour Studio room size is really spacious. It is definitely good for a small family of 3 with young kid.
The breakfast spread is good. The staffs are attentive and polite.
Great place to stay at. However, there was a delay in check-in due to a technical error.
Established hotel that has maintained its own standards over the decades. It's first and foremost a business oriented. Nothing too fancy, good clean atmosphere. Facilities and restrooms and clean and work properly. No slow running tap or flickering lights. I've heard pretty good stories about housekeeping. All amenities can be found at marina square and suntec city. The central space that extends up to all the floors is part of the charm that makes it relaxing. The nearby marina mandarin is similar by darker and lounge like. Here the lounge is almost bar like. Simple and easy, though a tad open. Air conditioning is above average, maintaining a pleasantly consistent temperature from corridor to ends to stairways Ballrooms are well maintained as they need to be to cater to most business functions. But seriously, it's 2018. An option for 4k projector would be nice as will a brighter more contrast standard 1080p one. As with most hotels, once the mall is closed, gates are locked. Signs that redirect the midnight crowd outside the lobby will do wonders. They don't ruin the interior design and most certainly would help the elderly.
Room is practical and clean, quiet and peaceful at night. In-house bar called Plume has tasteful beverages
Overall I had a wonderful stay at Pac Pacific Singapore. It was a birthday staycation and we indulged in the Pacific Harbour Studio. They made the effort to have a pleasing welcome fruit and dessert platter with towel/birthday balloon in the room and it started the entire stay so pleasant. We were greeted by lovely staffs everywhere and our mood was great. Housekeeping was good and cleanliness is maintain across the days. Nonetheless, one displeasing incident happened when we visited the Club lounge for the first time. We were well-dressed and ready to check out our complimentary Club Lounge access and we were greeted by a staff with scruntiny. Her first reaction was did a full glance and asked if we were there just for a tour. I told her we had Pacific Club Access but her next response totally stunned us. She replied "then do you NOT have a room number?" This was a total mood spoiler and insulting remark. She may have worked her way up the ranks but she should treat every visitor with respect and conduct herself better. We may look young but not to be bullied. My partner responded but i just stared her her with disgust. She then checked and realized we are true guests and had a shift in attitude, 180degrees change in fact. But it was a too late. We saw her mingling more with foreigners and speaking with a slang but we figured where she is from from her native name. We hope Pan Pac can educate every staff to have work professionalism as 1 black sheep is enough to taint the good name of this organization. Nonetheless, we thank all the other staffs and crew for the memorable stay. Keep up with the good work.
This hotel is worth it's 5 stars in all of the ways possible. I have been given my room earlier than set check in. The team was amazing. And it was such a nice touch to get chocolate and fresh dragon fruits with no occasion.
Had dinner at Pacific Marketplace. Service was very good. The hotel also extended the expiry date from May 2020 to December 2020 without any fuss. Don't even need any endorsement before our meals. It was a good gesture
Location is good, very central, everything within walking distance. Shopping mall in the immediate vicinity. Room supposedly 37 sqm, it seemed much smaller. Very few options for hanging clothes, you live more out of a suitcase. Breakfast ok. We won't book it again, there are better hotels in the area.
Dining at Haitian Lou Restaurant is truly a pleasant experience. The ambience of the restaurant is elegant and comfortable, perfectly creating the atmosphere of an upscale dining experience. We had a wonderful evening here, and a special thanks to the waiters for their excellent performance. As a Hong Kong native whose mother tongue is Cantonese, I am not proficient in Chinese. They responded quickly and communicated with me in Cantonese, which made me feel respected and accepted. ||First of all, I was deeply impressed by May. With her friendly attitude and professional knowledge, she patiently explained the menu to us and carefully asked about our taste preferences to ensure that we could choose the most suitable dishes. The abalone soup she recommended was delicious and intoxicating. ||Yannice performed well in the beverage service. Her expertise gave us a deeper understanding, and the wines she selected for the entrees not only enhanced the flavors of the dishes, but also completed the entire dining experience. The bottle wine she recommended had a fruity aroma that perfectly balanced the flavors of the dishes. ||In addition, Kelvin's attentive service is also worthy of praise. He was always attentive to our needs, whether it was adding water or changing cutlery, it was very prompt. Such meticulous care makes us feel at home. ||Finally, Lee Mee’s recommendation for desserts is even more impressive. The poplar nectar she recommended is simply irresistible, sweet but not greasy, and is the perfect ending to this delicious meal. ||In short, the elegant environment of Haitian Lou Restaurant, exquisite dishes, and the professionalism and enthusiasm of the waiters made this dining experience even more unforgettable. Highly recommended to friends who want to enjoy high quality dining
An upscale hotel, as usual in Southeast Asia. Excellent room capacity, high-end services, full and large bathroom, wonderful staff, fitness center and breakfast are rated 5 stars with distinction. The hotel's location is adjacent to a commercial complex, and transportation is available for convenient transportation. I highly recommend it!
We spent our second vacation in Singapore again at the Pan Pacific. The hotel is absolutely centrally located, it's only a few minutes' walk to the Flyer, it's not far to the Merlion and you can quickly reach the Museum of Arts & Sciences on foot via the Helix Bridge. There are several malls (Suntec, Marina Square) directly connected to the hotel, you can get there in the rain without getting wet. The MRT station Promenade is also not far. The pool and surroundings are very nice. You get free water all day long both in your room and at the pool. |This time we stayed in a Pacific Club Room. Great big room with a great view. The room was carefully cleaned every day (big thanks to Wang Jing from housekeeping!) and checked again late in the afternoon to see if anything was needed. Staying in the Pacific Club Lounge is part of the room category - you can have breakfast here (as an alternative to the Edge, which offers a great, huge international buffet) if you want something a little quieter and more "private". There is also the “Afternoon tea” and the “Evening Cocktails”, each with a very nice buffet. The employees in the lounge are all very nice and accommodating, and they also convey a "small, family hotel feeling" through nice, personal conversations, which was a welcome surprise for such a large, "anonymous" hotel. A big thank you to Steven, Daniel, Sugu, Sharon and the rest of the Club Lounge team! And a special thank you to Marina, who made my already great birthday even better with a surprise!
Very clean room 2410.|Dedicated and professional room service.|Beautiful view overlooking marina san panoramic opera house. I was very happy to stay here during my short business trip. Hopefully next time we will continue to experience it here !!!!!!!!|Ding & Minh
Selena cleans up very well and smiles from ear to ear. I was happy every day I stayed there. I didn't disturb you casually, and everything I needed was delivered quickly. The key point is that the view from the small balcony is really beautiful at night
The staff that served us was good, helpful and friendly
I had a beautiful retreat before the year was over at Pan Pacific Hotel. The stay is very comfortable. Great location, connected to the malls for lots of shopping and food yet peaceful n serene when back in the hotel. The room is also pretty spacious and very clean. Will love to go back again!
Always great to stay in pan pacific Singapore. Suite provides lounge access at level 38 with breakfast and tea. Kids always enjoy the pool as well as urban jungle. Great location with access to 3 malls in minutes.
Top hotel, great views
Our recent staycation at the Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore was an absolute delight for our family of three. From the moment we stepped into the luxurious lobby to the time we checked out, the hotel exceeded our expectations and left us with beautiful memories to cherish. The check-in process was swift and efficient, ensuring we could start enjoying our staycation without delay. The room itself was spacious and elegantly furnished, providing ample space for our family to relax and unwind. The comfortable beds, plush linens, and a stunning view of the cityscape added to the overall ambiance of luxury and comfort. Located in the heart of Singapore, the hotel's prime location made it convenient for us to explore nearby attractions such as Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands. In conclusion, our family staycation at Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore was an unforgettable experience. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, fantastic amenities, and convenient location all contributed to making our stay truly exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a memorable and enjoyable staycation in Singapore.
Service needs to be improved. Especially the food served in the ballroom. Kind of disappointed in their banquet food for a wedding event I attended lately. Parking is considerably okay if you manage to get lots nearest to the exit and get to the hotel via stairs.
We had a great view overlooking the bay which really made the stay outstanding.
The pool area is also great with nice private sections for couples and waiter service.
If you have not dine at The Edge in Pan Pacific, you must! Huge array of local to international cuisines and every turn of the corner brings more delights. Apparently the Sunday Brunch is a sight to behold and a boon to the tummy although I have not had the opportunity to visit it on a Sunday yet.
Despite the size of the hotel, absolutely quiet. Very stylish spacious room. Bathroom with separate toilet and walk-in shower.|Ideal location of the hotel with the subway a short distance away and the opportunity to explore the sights in Marina Bay on foot.
It was a wonderful stay. | We arrived at Changi Airport in the early morning of July 2nd, and despite the heavy rain, we were able to arrive at the hotel from the MRT station without getting wet in the rain. The available MRT stations are Promnade and CityHool. | Arrive at the hotel around 8 a.m., leave your suitcase, and walk around town... | Hotel check-in is at the concierge room around 3 p.m. | Rooms are on the 28th floor with a view of Marina Bay. Comes with a lounge. There seems to be a private elevator to the room with a lounge and the lounge. Also, since it is located outside the hotel, the view is amazing... | On this day, the weather turned clear from the rain, so the view from the room is amazing... | Such a beautiful view is from the upper floor of a hotel in Guam. Ever since I had a panoramic view of Tumon Bay from... | I immediately went to the lounge on the 38th floor, where I had an even more amazing 360 degree view. |Although it was tea time, the variety and quality of the items was excellent, just like lunch time... |The staff came right away and served tea in pots. I enjoyed tea for the first time in a while. After some time, we had cocktail time, which was also perfect, and we had a delicious meal with a wonderful view. | We also had breakfast the next day in the lounge. It was almost reserved, and we thoroughly enjoyed the 360-degree view along with breakfast. | I would definitely stay at this hotel again for my next stay.
