Mostly cheapest price in the neibourhood!! What could you expect more?
My time being here restroom was clean, staff was nice and helpful.
My room was next to front window, you can see people wandering in just 2-3 meters distance. But it's noisy until 11pm every night.
The staff will give you some cash voucher for breakfast at Old Nanyang coffee or Kopi express MRT exit. Both were cheap and yummy.
I would highly recommend this hotel despite the not so good smell bcoz it's a mixed gender dorm for 16 pax still It's strategically located in Chinatown, easy to find, near some spots and food is everywhere, the staff's are welcoming and accommodating. The rate is relatively cheap and comes with an on the go breakfast.
Simply for backpackers. Dont expect for more. Expect that you will be sleeping with total strangers.
Anyway, they have friendly staff.
Amazing and very helpful stuffs! Budge hostel and suitable for solo backpackers! Recommended!
Good place for backpacker, near MRT and very easy to find food and souvenir.

Royal Hostel Singapore||||One of the best hostels I've ever been to. Located in the very center of the city - in Chinatown, a 3-minute walk from the Chinatown MRT station.||||When I was looking for affordable housing in Singapore (which is especially important after 2 days of staying at the Marina Bay Hotel Sands) noticed that this hostel looks like new. Upon arrival, it turned out that this was true. What I liked most in the photo were the curtains on the beds, especially in the evening, with the lamp on by the bed. Everyone can feel comfortable in this place.||||There were some minor problems with check-in - on the website where I booked the hostel, it was written that check-in is open until 11:00 p.m., therefore, landing in Singapore at 10:00 p.m. 00, I took a taxi (not very cheap, like everything else in the city), and hurried to the place. Upon arrival, it turned out that registration is open until 22-00, so I spent the money on a taxi in vain. But an envelope with my name and a key card was waiting for me at the door, so I ended up on my lower bed, kindly provided to me by the administration. ||||The price includes breakfast - tea or instant coffee with bread, butter and jam. If you don’t like it, you can have breakfast in one of the nearby cafes, but you have to keep in mind that there can be problems with coffee; for some reason the Chinese don’t brew it.||||At a distance of 5 minutes from the hostel there is a large shopping center with an exchange office, shops with souvenirs, temple, tourist center.||||The reception staff are very helpful, polite and sociable. I recommend it to everyone!
It's rare for a hostel to accommodate bookings via email, but the staff at Royal Hostel were very friendly and helpful. They were willing and trusting even though we booked via email (not through a web booking platform). Furthermore, the place is clean and strategically located in the heart of Singapore's Chinatown. It's close to the MRT station, restaurants, and souvenir shops. The price is also quite affordable for backpackers like us. We highly recommend staying here for travelers :)
Very clean and quiet hostel. Super friendly service. It is a bit cramped, though, and the included breakfast consisted of some dry rice; we had to pay extra for coffee. Still, for the price, right in the heart of Chinatown, highly recommended.
The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are not, there are very few common areas but it is very well located.
The environment is neat and comfortable, and the CP value is very high. It is right in Chinatown and very convenient.
clean sheets, comfortable for sleeping...
The accommodation is okay.
