m.Stayed here for a 3D2N surprise from my partner for my birthday. When checking in I was welcomed with a birthday card and some macaroons as a birthday token from the warm hotel staff. The room is spacious enough to have some guests at the lounging areas and the cleanliness of the room was decent. After witnessing a minor incident that we didn’t really mind, the concierge had called us later that day to inform us that we can check out two hours later as a form of customer recovery off their own initiative, which was a pleasant surprise for us. Location-wise it’s a little bit secluded but the extra walking around the nice area was a fresh change for me.
M. L.The hotel and the service is beyond my expectation. When i arrived, i was greated by Shirley, she helped me to do my check in and even up graded our room. The breakfast is also good. Location wise is also good.
R. V.There is no air conditioning in the gym area, and only 2 from 4 ventilation fans do work. The laundry service is expensive and you need to pay for Washing and drying separately. The room is confortable and spacious. The lifts are as slow as a turtle. My conclusion is that the room is fine but the infrastructure lacks of maintenance and it affects our stay.

G. C.The room was modern, nice, and spacious. The biggest issue was with room service. I called them several times to bring ice to the room, but they didn't deliver any. This happened twice, but on the third attempt, I waited in the lobby for them to bring the ice. The front desk staff noticed my wait and got it to me quickly. It seemed like the staff didn't care about the issue initially. I would definitely recommend choosing another place.
C. O.I really enjoyed my stay here at Studio M. The hotel is situated at prime location with a lot of restaurants around. Bus stop and metro is walking distance, cab is available upon request. The attentive staff Cel was amazing, she help us a lot with our daily tour plan. She's always there to greet and talk to us when needed. The room is well designed, but the bathroom is located at 1st floor and the bed at the loft, the pool is quite and nice, the gym is well equipped. I will stay again next year for F1 hopefully. k. t.I stayed here for 4 days and we were assisted by Mr. Vellu. He is such a sweet and nice person. He helped me thoroughly and assisted me throughout my stay at this hotel.
He even provided me with socket to charge as mine wasn’t working properly.
I really loved the room loft concept and the property is beautiful.
M. A.Nice and quiet. Room was ok, cold and relatively clean. Check-in was a bit of a hassle (digital and need to fill up information). Express check-out was available. Good AI device to help with your needs but not quite responsive. TV that we had in our room wasn't connected properly to the box of sort, couldn't really get to watch anything much, having trouble casting too. Overall was ok, but nothing great.

Housekeeping cleans the room daily u have laundry service and the view is so beautiful u can see the sunrise as well as sunset just lying on your bed , night lights and food in this hotel is yummy its total worth of money.

Beyond that, found the loft idea novel but can be risky when going toilet at night. Toilet was rather small as well.

A. A. M.The hotel is near the main road, thus accessible to go to different places, bus stops, and mrt stations. You can smell the fragrance of the hotel once you enter the lobby. The room is high ceiling, classy, and spacious. The heater of the shower is quick. The soap and shampoo smell nice and bubbly. One thing i want for improvement is to have bidet in the toilet area. The buffet on the second floor is perfect. Different cuisines, good food clean and fresh. They even have pool beside the buffet area. The wifi connection is reliable and anywhere inside the hotel. Awesome experience. Courteous receptionists. They even have A.I. in the room that can be used to set alaram for you and suggest nearby areas to eat.
A. K.Nice modern hotel in a good location near Clarke quay. Was excellent value for the money we paid. Great for small groups of friends who want to stay withing walking distance for all the night life. Nice pool also and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again if I were to be in Singapore

R. P.A good hotel but with poor services. We stayed for 4N and 5D and imagine our bed sheet wasn’t changed for once. The WiFi is horrible and despite several complaints at the reception no help came. The loft system is lovely but there has to be services to top it with. The location is awesome but it’s only the services that the hotel has to work upon.

L. K.While I've stayed at some great luxury hotels in Singapore on business prior to this, I think Studio M will be my preferred stop from here on in.
The room layouts are wonderful and very spacious. It feels more like having a good sized studio or one bedroom apartment (by New York standards) as opposed to a standard single-floor / bed at the centre of everything layout. The staff were wonderful, and there's nothing like having a Tiger at the end of the day on the rooftop patio before a quick dip in the pool. Everything is quite walkable, and being Singapore - I felt everything was safe.

L.The room layout is pretty good but the toulet is really really small. But the room is actually dirty. U can see stains all around that have not been wiped properly like the tables, floors and mirrors. The service is okay food at the memo cafe is quite expensive but yummy. The location is near some busstops but quite far from mrt starion. But walkable to clarqe quey or is quite near alot of restuarants

What we loved about this hotel was the room setting / layout.
They have enough space for my husband focus and done his work while our son and I relaxed upstairs without bothering him.
Their staffs also super helpful and friendly, we got all the plus stated at the booking confirmation received from the 3rd party without hassle [free upgrade, dine in voucher, late check out etc].
We stayed in Singapore for 12 years so getting around Singapore was easy for us and this hotel offer you nice atmosphere along Singapore river with lots of restaurants nearby.

T. M.It was not expected too much for hotel in Singapore but turned out its quite happy with our stay in Studio M except the weird layout design of the toilet which is so small. The room is small but the loft style gave some more space to my kid. Sound proof not bad. Breakfast was quite good. Location wise, 10mins walk to Fort Cannon MRT and you can walk about 10-15minutes to Great Wall MRT and the shopping or Clark Quay.
Z. C.Booked a room for yesterday at dayuse app . Didn’t excepting there’s a long queue to check in . Normally I went to other 4 Stars Hotel . I don’t see a queue and they process way more faster than here. Took almost an hour to queue and get my room card. This is the problem that cause me giving 4stars instead of 5 full stars.
Overall for room are nice ! Love the loft concept. Toilet was clean and tidy , everything in the room are neat .
Checking out is quick by dumping the card into a box . But I hope next time the process of checking in is faster . Because wasted our 1hr by queuing . And I get 1 hour less for my stay .

T. M.An interesting concept to try out if one hasn’t been in this layout before. We were greeted with welcome drinks. However MEMO brunch menu (see photos) which we ordered was disappointing and it’s not worth the dollars. Thank god we were given disc as hotel members otherwise it wouldn’t be worth. Nevertheless, the MEMO crew is friendly and polite, and their coffee and croissant are both good. For the amenities, we were disappointed that the treadmills were faulty during our stay. Other than that, the location was convenient and accessible.

J.The breakfast menu remained unchanged throughout my stay (5 days). Unfortunately, the noise from nearby rooms was quite disruptive, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. The high price didn't seem justified by the experience.

허.Room: I think it's spacious and nice. The only disappointing thing is that the shower room was okay, but the bathroom was a bit narrow. Still, it could be used as a bed and a sofa, and there was a separate bed when you went up the stairs, and the cleaning service was good. If you think the air conditioner is too strong, you can adjust the wind speed. And be sure to check that the area above the blackout curtain is well covered!! I had a good time quietly.
Service: I remember the staff who passionately cleaned up empty plates during breakfast😆 Everything about the breakfast was good. All staff are friendly.
Location: It's unfortunate that it's far from the MRT station, but it wasn't too bad because you could take the bus instead. Thanks to you, I think I had a good time walking around and looking around. I recommend it if you don't have trouble walking.
J. C.The hotel is in a good location close to the most important points. The attention of the staff is good as are the services. For my taste, the pool water should be a little warmer. The food is good and the restaurant area pleasant. The rooms are extremely small even for a couple. Access to the rooms is by card. Inside the room they have an Alexa-type device with which you can communicate with hotel staff to attend to any need. The hotel lacks rooms for conventions or congresses.
