We approached Mheg from 1st All Best agency at the good recommendation of a friend, and our experience lived up to it. We had started searching for a helper at peak Covid to care for our soon-to-be-born child. We live away from family meaning that a helper was essential for me to keep working, and being first-time-employers we flooded Mheg with questions about the paperwork, insurance, employer certification etc. Mheg's helpful nature and expert knowledge really made the process smooth sailing for us as she explained to us the steps in detail and provided us with all the necessary forms and links even before we had agreed to onboard 1st All Best as our agency. She also lined up 4-5 candidates for interviews within days of our first contact and contributed to the interviews and debriefs like a true professional. At the time with the shortage of helpers, our first couple of applications to MoM met with a negative response. However, Mheg helped us to appeal and reappeal by giving us tips on what to write and even shared templates for us to refer to. She patiently kept us motivated for the next three months when I was worried if I could return to my demanding work life after maternity, or whether I would have to put my 2 month old in a daycare. She immediately updated us when the situation eased and applications for foreigners started being approved again, and quickly processed a fresh application that got approved just in time before my leave ended. Mheg even waived the agency fee for finding a helper as the final person we employed was known to us through a friend. I would highly recommend Mheg and 1st All Best agency to anyone looking for a domestic helper.
