Agency is very professional and tries to find a good match for us by doing a first layer of filtering of candidates. I engaged another agency at the same time but didn't like the approach by them who sent 20 candidates profile at one shot. Alice at EdenGrace will speak to helper candidate to confirm if ok with requirements before arranging interview for us. Saves our time from interviewing unsuitable candidates. Would recommend them.

The team (including Chris and others) is very dependable and helpful in assisting to resolve issues faced by employers or their helpers. For instance, when my helper had to return home urgently due to a family emergency, the team at Eden Grace provided valuable advice and support to help us manage the situation. Thanks to the responsiveness and tireless efforts by the team, my helper was able to get an appointment with the embassy at short notice, and eventually managed to return home in time with the necessary documents and approvals from the authorities. I have been with Eden Grace since 2013. Chris have been very attentive to my case. Before I engaged helpers from Eden Grace, i have transferred more than 5 helpers and was asked to go for re training by MOM. After I joined them i still have cases where helpers do not complete their contract but Chris have been very helpful to help me with the replacement, finding those who are experienced in looking after the very young and elderly. I do not think i will move to another agency because the trust and friendship fostered cannot be found else where.

Very truthful about her opinions and Eden grace is also one of the better agencies with great choices of helpers which you might hard time deciding since all looks great !. I have great experience with Eden Grace since 5 years ago when I got my first helper with them. Chris was very patience and never fail to advise me whenever I need any help with my current helper which has been with me for almost 5 years already. The best thing of the agency is they always organise programme for the helper to assure the employer that your helper is well taken care of even during their off day. Hence, for this new helper, naturally I will continue to engage their service. Alice was also very patience in handling my request, and has been very prompt in sending in new biodata for my selection. The application process was smooth. Maids are treated well and appear to be happy. Office nicely designed, clean and professional;kinda looks like an interior designers office instead. Good after sales service, home visit one month later to check on maid’s progress. Activities organized for their maids on off days for developmental purposes which is great. Fees slightly higher than some other agencies; but service levels and high quality more than compensates for this.
