We used Cotton Ware to reupholster our couch. As the cushion are not removable, it is a little more difficult of a job than a standard couch. The quotation process and fabric selection process was smooth. The job took 1 week --very quick! My wife is very pleased with the end result. I got multiple quotes for the job, they were price competitive. They had recommendations by others (including in Expat Living magazine). I would recommend to my friends and others.

Very speedy pickup, cleaning, and delivery for a few winter jackets and other winter clothes (1 week). The response as well is very quick. I just hope the winter clothes would have smelled better after the cleaning. Not a bad smell but not fragrant as well. Stain was removed as well

Same here, they cancelled my pick up on the day itself . When I asked them roughly what time they coming, they told me the driver on medical leave. Very irresponsible . When I offered them to send lulumove to pick up, they just ignore me and never reply whatapps anymore. After a few hours later, they called me back and arrange the time to pick up. That is not too bad, they have rectify the problem. Good job 👍🏼

Excellent service! I engaged Cotton Care to dry clean my blackout curtains. They provide pick-up and delivery service which is very convenient! Their price is reasonable too. They have good customer service, Ms Regina who is patience, prompt and responsive with all my enquiries. She provides good advice to me. The delivery gentleman, Mr Ang is reliable, friendly and accommodating to my collection and delivery schedule. I am very satisfied with their service and will patronise again!

Perfect! Was looking to clean my curtains and found them online. Chatted over whatsapp and arranged for a pickup within a day. The guy who came over to pickup and deliver was extremely professional and friendly. He gave good advice on the benefits of dry clean vs laundry for curtains and gave me some tips on long term storage should I not want to use the curtains too. I hope to use their services again real soon.

I highly recommend! Best laundry services I ever meet! I recommend them as they have a good customer service (Regina) to handle my request and not via some other app or online booking. And many thanks for her prompt reply to my request. I meet other companies before that they suggest me to use app for booking and when I ask for some request they won't be able to answer / make changes. No fuss and easy going, keep up the good work.

Responsive team, called 2 days ago to arrange for an urgent cleaning of our badly stain carpet with a couple of patches. Price quoted was one of the lowest, yet them come to your place to clean it up with no fuss comparing to other company's that require to pay for pick up + clean and return.. which takes 10-14 days (ridiculous). Glad that we found Cotton Care to solve our problems with no hassle, will be the first cleaning service in mind if there's any future cleaning requirements. Great job!

I've went through quite a few laundry services in singapore as im constantly looking for those with good customer service & timing delivery arrangements. Cottoncare has done with especially with Customer Service, namely the representative that has given me very good service attitude & accommodate with my requests. Anything else was good, but the slight improvement is needed for the minor ironing of bedsheets, otherwise i would have given a full 5 Star.

Engaged Cotton Care for their services on Laundry, Curtains Fabrication, Outdoor Blinds Fabrication, Installation recently & would like to share my experiences. Am impressed with their level of services, professionlism & of cos their prices. Laundry - Clothes & stuff toys came back to us looking, feeling & smelling as good as newly just bought. Curtains & Outdoor Blinds - 1) Sales Rep did a house visit with heaps of catalogue on fabric & materials to give right advices on durability, colour scheme blending with interior design, day & night curtains matching etc. 2) Technical team did a site recee at the same time to take measurements, identify the potential issues & discuss with us on possible solutions for our approval. 3) A small team arrived on the day of installation. Everything (3x bedrooms curtains & 6x outdoor blinds) was completed within 1.5 hours. Most impressive is they housekeep (vaccum & clean up) the affected areas after work was done which saved us the troubles. Great experiences! Feel that Cotton Care deserves my effort spent on writing an encouragement review for them to show my appreciation for their great work. Thank you, Cotton Care! Will surely recommend to my relatives & friends to engage your services.
