I would like to commend customer service representative Nisa! Due to repeated delays in my home renovation, the cleaning schedule had to be adjusted multiple times. She patiently assisted me with each rescheduling and demonstrated great professionalism and competence, which left me very impressed and satisfied. Today, Cindy and Sandra are highly dedicated and responsible in their work. They are friendly, efficient, and meticulous, ensuring every corner is spotless. Their professionalism and commitment are truly commendable! Thank you both for your hard work!

The first time I engaged Kleepers was after my HIP (Home improvement Programme). The service was very impressive as the staff are very professional and efficient. Subsequently I used the service, and each time I was always happy with the results. I'm usually very particular when it comes to cleaning and ironing but with Kleepers, the results are beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Kleepers to my friends😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Highly recommended for their services. Listed as one of the top ten best cleaning services, I was impressed by their cleaner Ms May who was assigned to my first time one-time cleaning session. She was punctual and did a very thorough cleaning for each area, especially for hard to reach areas, e.g., windows. Little supervision required as they are well-trained. Customer service is fast to reply to queries.

The tenant engaged them upon moving out but didn't provide the proper equipment for them to clean the house properly. I called them because the house felt dirty and dusty despite having been cleaned. The person I spoke to explained the situation and very kindly offered to send someone down again out of goodwill and this time, I had to supply the equipment which was not a problem. They did a fantastic job and the house felt so clean after. Will definitely engage them again.

Engaged Kleeper for the first time on 20 Dec 2020 and the cleaning was done by Kim. She arrived on time and started the work immediately after understanding the scope and where the tools and equipments located. Few hours later, my wife and myself were very impressed by the changes she brought to our bathroom, kitchen and living room. Have to commend on her high level of attention to details, where she literally ensure all corners are being being cleaned. We are going to sign up for regular cleaning package after this first trial, despite we are told Kim is actually not covering our area on regular basis. Anyway, we have confidence in the services quality of other cleaners from Kleeper as well. Highly recommended! And thanks Kim again!

JJ was assigned to clean my house. She was focused and quick doing the tasks. She was able to clean 4 wall fans and 1 standing + 2 small bathrooms in like 3 1/2 hours. She's quite thorough in cleaning. Happy & satisfied customer. Highly recommended!

I've been without a maid for 3 months and spent some time choosing a reputable cleaning agency when I was recommended Kleepers. I read their good reviews and decided to try them out. I was not disappointed. They sent Haley to clean and she did a good job with minimum supervision. To top it all she was pleasant and friendly and still had a smiling face when she left. I had engaged Kleepers Singapore for a move in cleaning session. Kim and Cindy were the cleaners assigned to my home and they did an amazing job with the cleaning. They were on time, polite and thorough with their work. They immediately started on the cleaning as soon as they reached and finished on time whilst having done an excellent job. Kim and Cindy patiently waited for me as I inspected the house after the cleaning session and even explained to me on what they had done and which parts of the house were a little bit more difficult to clean. I was very impressed by the thorough explanation and initiative to walk me through the areas they have cleaned. I spoke with Amanda from Kleepers before, during and after the cleaning session. She was prompt, polite and professional during our conversations. She kept me informed on the process which was assuring to me as this was my first time booking from Kleepers. This is my first time engaging a cleaning service provider for my elderly in-laws. As I'm currently residing overseas, it is really important to our family that the company we engage must be responsive, responsible, and has an easy to use online booking system. I'm so glad to have found Kleepers! The cleaner, Ms. Cindy, did a great job in cleaning my in-laws' house and most importantly, she also made them feel comfortable using this cleaning service. What I am most impressed and pleased is the excellent customer service I had received from Ms. Amanda. Amanda is always responsive to my WhatsApp messages (there is a 12-hr time difference) and always very helpful and patient in answering all my queries. She also made an effort to follow up after the cleaning session to ask for feedback and render assistance if required. Will definitely recommend Kleepers to anyone who needs a cleaning service!

My family and I engaged Kleepers' spring cleaning service and they exceeded our expectations! As there were no 3 helpers available for 4 hours on our preferred date, Amanda kindly arranged for 4 helpers for 3 hours instead. The 4 of them (Moe Moe, Mu Lan, Kim and Tessie) were efficient, proactive and they did such a great job cleaning up my place including removing many old stains! I would highly recommend Kleepers for residential home cleaning. The staff, Kim, who cleaned my house was punctual, professional, experienced and has good attitude. Before engaging Kleepers, I had tried another cleaning company. When their cleaning staff saw my bathroom floor tiles (usual BTO bathroom floor tiles which has whitish blotches and slightly stained grout lines) they said they were unable to clean off the stains (my bathroom is generally quite clean, since I just moved in in March 2021). When Kim from Kleepers saw the bathroom floor, she asked if I had bleach, and then proceeded to scrub the floor thoroughly. Now the bathroom floor is very clean. I only had to brief Kim on what I needed done, and she would plan which area she would tackle first.

Started with the WhatsApp greetings from Amanda upon receiving the booking, confirming details and checking if the number of cleaners and the size of my house was appropriate, ensuring there was enough time for the cleaning - All in the spirit of a good experience. Questions were answered promptly and professionally. My condo was thoroughly serviced by Saw and my flat received the same treatment by TinTin. Professional, cheerful and super well-prepared - I have even picked up a few hacks from both of them :) Both of them have done a great job and given their everything into the half day job, I'm really pleased with the work done and definitely won't hesitate to sign up for more!

I am really happy with the service that Kleepers provided. Ti Tin was extremely professional. She gave close attention to the small details in the house. I have tried a few cleaning services before, but none can surpass the quality that Kleepers provided to me. I am looking forward to using Kleepers cleaning service again.

We love kleepers! We just tried them out for cny spring cleaning and the house has never been cleaner! They are so thorough and us having a cat in the house was no challenge for them at all! They also bring their own cleaning supplies so no fear if we didn't have something they needed. Just two ladies but did wonders within the time limit. The only thing that needs improvement is their availability, you need to book them quite in advance.
