Made an enquiry over Facebook and they responded. Engaged their services for the first time to rectify an issue which was created by a previous contractor. We intended to spend a bit more to resolve the issue but Joanne advised us to try a lower cost method first. I’m glad we trusted their advice even though it was a bit confusing communicating with them at first. Joanne and her team were very responsive even though it was a small job. They are reliable. Will recommend to others.
