Definitely give a 5star for Bencool. From arranging of aircon servicing schedules to the actual servicing works done periodically every 2-3 months has never once fail me. The aircon techinician will make an effort to explain and show me the filters when it’s time for chemical cleaning etc. Was always pleased with the cleanliness of my aircons and rest assured that they will be my regular :-)

Contacted Bencool to fixed my mitsubishi starmex aircon that is not blowing cool air. The diagnosis is good and sound and they even suggest ways to fix before ultimately replacing my compressor as not other choice. Very good overall experience and not pressured to commit to any services. The price is transparent and not like other aircon servicing that jack up the price after diagnosis and earn my diagnosis fee. I highly recommended Bencool for anyone that need aircon repair or service.

The service is mostly on time, especially when it is one of the first appointment of the day. They do a clean service, applying proper protection and they are clean and not so noisy - it's important because I work from home. The staff even closes the door of my office while they are vacuuming the other rooms. I use Bencool for many years now and I will keep being loyal to them.

Today I used Bencool Services for the second time to service my apartment aircon. Their technician was punctual and did a good job in cleaning the aircon unit. It is functioning very well now - no more noise when changing fan speed and it is quite cold even at a low speed. The work was done in fairly quick time - less than half an hour. Thank you Bencool. I can now continue to enjoy the fresh coldness in my room.
