We first went to Gain City IMM to purchase a system 4 to replace our old one. The solutions provided by their so called expert siteview supervisor were so 1960's! We contacted Air Creation and Best Tech too, but just as we were going to decide on Best Tech and get them to site view, I was shocked when I went online to see the reviews! The saving grace was, I also saw Cool Channels above the bad reviews showing a magnificent 5* review. Their site view was FOC, the Technical Manager, Mr Lim, who was responsible and helpful, provided excellent solutions for the replacements of all the fan coils and installations of the trunkings. On the day of the installation, his team brought large plastic sheets to cover our belongings. Mr Lim was on site half a day to help with the shifting of our window unit. The entire team was professional in carrying out their tasks. The only peeve was the supervisor had to be told to seal up a gap between the wall and the trunking in my master bedroom to prevent creepy crawlies hiding behind the gap directly above my bed headboard.

The boss had a very good attitude and the price was fair. He suggested replacing my old air conditioner instead of replacing it with new ones. He said it would be good if I could use it for two or three years. I was so moved that I searched for his company on Google. Give it a five-star rating!
