Bought my Mitsubishi Starmex aircon from Audiohouse and was assigned EasyCool as my contractor for the installation services. As we needed to split the unit installation and trunking installation, we had to pay an additional $130 for a second trip. For the trunking installation, I wasn’t on site after letting them into the unit and was told it would be ready by 4pm - this was at 10am when they arrived and we finalised where the trunking would go. At 3pm when I returned, I was told it would take another 1-2 hours which I thought was fine for a slight delay. Without any seats or battery left on my phone, I was left standing around waiting - and to my horror, they were only done at 6:45pm despite me chasing them.. The unit installation was much more prompt, they came at 10am and left by 11:40pm - can literally feel the difference in pace although this trip was definitely easier. I even probed how long they usually take for the trunking and he said 3pm if they start at 10am 🤷🏻‍♂️ In any case, despite the horrendous wait on the first day - everything went great and the POC helped to accommodate the installation timing to my convenience. Definitely will recommend going for their services if needed 👍🏻

Engineer : Nazrul He is patient, showing me the dirty fan coil, went extra mile keeping my room clean after washing the aircon. Solve my ac wifi problem. Already ask for yearly contract from the company. $260 for 4 times for 2 units. Quite reasonable. Now without contract paying $70 for 2 units. So far i been calling other they not as good as nazrul. If you want to find easy cool, find nazrul and his partner. Trustworthy person.

We use the aircon installation service, and the guys who came were professional. They came a bit late but able to finish on time, and they cleaned up the mess afterwards. Piping installers: Shahin & Mahadi Contact number: 9035 4942 We purchased our air-conditioning system 1 and system 3 from AudioHouse and EasyCool was their authorised installer. Fast forward to today, the piping installers came 10 minutes earlier than appointment time and was really polite over the phone when i was later for about 5 minutes. They really took the time and effort to listen to our concerns and also fulfill our requests. They also tried to plan the piping route with us instead of just doing their jobs and leaving immediately. Good experience with them!
