Have problem with my Aircon and called Alfred from lemoncool and arrange for cleaning. They came and did assess on the Aircon and told need a overhaul cleaning and agreed on it. Long story short, they did all the cleanings that needed and after that Aircon is cool and nice again ! They are professional and would recommend if anyone need servicing ! Price wise its decent and I believed that pricing is more or less the same for all companies unless scammers. Thumbs up Alfred and team ! Thanks !

My air con has gas leak problem. Could only run for about 2 months after gas top up. Texted the last service company but never get any response. Decided to check out other services from the websites. Lemoncool responded promptly. Had a good chat with Yeo and he offered several options; very transparent, professional and relevant. Finally decided to replace the 9 year old system. The service team came as arranged. Except for a small blunder which was corrected responsively the next day, the job was pretty well done. In a nutshell, Lemoncool is prompt, professional and responsive.

Aircon dripping for about 1 to 2 hr when on it at night. Service team advised it was due to collection of sludge over time that blocked the drainage pipe. Did a very meticulous vacuum suction cleaning of the cooling fins of the indoor unit, plus clean the whole indoor unit(filters, cover, flaps, etc), and did a chemical flush of the fins and drainage pipe to remove the blockages. Good service and professionalism.

Very fast service! I contacted Gain city and another aircon service but they cannot compare to how fast Lemoncool responded. Initially thot there might be some hard sell as I saw some negative reviews but the uncle who services our aircon was very earnest and no hard sell. The service was very good and aircon feels new again!

I found Lemoncool in Google and asked for a quote to dismantle 2 units of window aircon and patch up hole in wall. Lemoncool responded via WhatsApp swiftly with a reasonable quote and could confirm an appointment date. The team is punctual, friendly and very professional. This is long overdue in writing on the dedicated customer service of the Lemoncool team services. I stumbled on their services about a year ago that include reconditioned split units. And the team charges reasonably and travelled all the way from their workshop in Tampines. To replace an almost decade old internal fan unit with one that worked almost like new..In my EM unit in Bt Batok. That said they also took pains to ensure that an added chemical clean was done and checked that the outside chiller had enough gas. Thanks guys... will keep you in mind for the next servicing for sure.
