The technical engineer is very professional and has a good attitude. The air-conditioning cleaning team hired before was not very professional, which resulted in many problems with the air-conditioning, including no cooling and water leakage. This time it was all solved with the advice of Optimal engineers. I hope the air conditioner can run normally later.
