A gem in the neighbourhood! Exceeded expectation and never expect this quality of ice cream in the neighbourhood area. Freshly made cone pair with the ice cream, it’s just the best combi! I love their Mao Shan Wang, Dark Chocolate and Pistachio. It’s DA BOMB! Must try if you are nearby!

A hidden gem in Pasir Ris. They make unreal ice cream. Totally out of this world. Tried the variety of chocolate ice cream... yumilous. The soursop ice cream is a must eat...not must try. I love the Chendol too.

Eutopia lives up to its reputation of being a hidden find in the community - it’s family friendly and it serves up good quality ice cream with amazing texture. It errs on the sweet side, but there is a flavour for everyone, young and old :) I love the wide range of flavours to choose from! The chocolate and matcha lava cake wasn’t too much to shout about but it is good enough to satisfy a craving. The staff is also really hospitable but he seems overstretched with the huge influx of grab orders at the same time!! Kudos to him for trying his best to manage everything :) It’ll be perfect if they had more tables and chairs outdoors but nevertheless, a huge W in the community!!! 🥳

Best Acai my family has taken. The staff Thomas is very friendly and boss (does not know his name) is also very friendly. Die die must try and you won’t regret as the quality of the Acai is the best I’ve eaten. Their ice creams are also fantastic and has many varieties.

Great ice cream, value for money and they don't hold back on the ingredients. Family and I had the 80% cocoa dark chocolate which is made without milk. Doesn't lose any chocolatey-ness, great for people who are lactose intolerant. Thier MSW is thick and creamy. All in all great experience and good place for ice cream lovers who live within the white sands Elias stretch.

Simple but unique flavors. The pick of the bunch was Turkish Apple Tea, which tasted just like the namesake drink. With small bits of icy apple, it's refreshing and flavorful. Apple Cinnamon was overly sweet while carrying a rather strong apple essence taste, without much distinct cinnamon. Dark Chocolate is pitch black, with an unmistakable cocoa taste. More cocoa than chocolate really. Blue Vanilla is nothing to write home about, just a slightly different take on the ubiquitous 'blue pea' trend. Speculoos is basically a frozen version of Lotus Biscoff spread, which is not a criticism at all. This theme runs true for the majority of their flavours, not quite utopic but certainly living up to their names. Staff are friendly, though some might say overexuberant, but it's that casual juvenile vibe that permeates this establishment and diffuses into the blissful simplicity of their produce
