The ice cream here is so good! Really light and not too sweet. I especially like the original flavour the milk taste is so authentic! The hojicha was also really good, the tea flavour was really strong and fragrant. The owner was really kind to let us try their new waffle cup. Definitely recommend coming here!

lovely ice cream that is indeed not too sweet, yet rich in flavor. Original and hojicha is superb. Minor comment albeit not a deal breaker - the cone is actually sweeter than the ice cream and took away abit of the flavor. If it’s less sweet- that would be perfect.Will be back for sure to support the fantastic crew and owner

Travelled all the way down to try their black sesame soft serve! Shop is tucked in the corner of the mall so this is definitely a hidden gem. Boss was friendly and welcoming. Hands down the best black sesame soft serve I’ve ever tasted. No regrets! Will be coming back to try their original and weekend flavours :) Price point - extremely reasonable as well! Good job!!! Keep it up

Cozy ice cream aclove situated in a quiet corner of Beauty World Centre, felt right at home from the moment I stepped in for the 1st time. Mark & Mel are incredibly passionate in crafting the finest artisan ice cream for everyone while keeping prices affordable for the young & young-at-heart. Their dedication shone through in their service & they really had no qualms in sharing their entrepreneurial journey. Do note that their Houjicha & Matcha ice cream alternates every week, so be sure to call them up or IG them in advance. Also kudos to THEM for offering wooden spoons to leverage the Houjicha experience! It's very rich, distinct & potent. $5.40 well spent :)

If you haven't tried the best soft serve ice cream in the area, go now! I've tried the milk, hojicha, matcha flavours and the basic milk one is my favourite. The best word to describe the ice cream there is GAO. Flavours rotate pretty often. Cosy environment and certainly kid friendly.

Was having lunch at the Thai noodles shop in front of Pompette and noticed their collaboration so I dropped by and tried their houjicha cone. Could taste the houjicha flavour and the ice cream wasn't too sweet. Cone was very crispy as well. Staff were very concerned and asked if the taste of the ice cream was suitable to my liking.

Chanced upon this ice cream shop after our dinner and we were so surprised by the super friendly owner Mr Ang who is so welcoming! Definitely a super kids-friendly place, even making adults like us to laugh from ear to ear. Check out their IG for the flavours available for the soft serve. For now, we tried the matcha flavoured soft serve, original Meiji soft serve and chocolate soft serve. All flavours are good! Matcha is facing shortage worldwide. So give it a try soon before we don’t get the matcha flavoured soft serve later on. Can’t wait for the pistachio flavoured soft serve. All soft serve are thoughtfully and joyfully handcrafted by the owner! Thank you for creating such happy place!

Pompette offers a delightful range of soft serve in milk, matcha, and houjicha flavours. You can immediately tell they use fresh ingredients, especially the quality Meiji milk, which enhances the creaminess. The soft serve melts quickly, a sign that no emulsifiers were used – a rare touch that showcases the owner's commitment to quality. The owner was friendly and went around to interact with the customers too!

Our first time to eat at Pompette Ice cream. The ambiance has a nice welcoming feel. Owner was very friendly. We ordered the Hojicha and we love it! it's not sweet and you can taste the tea. Texture was nice and creamy. A good hang out place with loved ones.

Extremely nice place! Owner is friendly and easy to talk to which made me less nervous as it was my first time ordering there. The place is very cozy just like the owner 😊 Free sample of the matcha ice cream was offered to me too before I decided to order. Their Matcha ice cream which was light, creamy and slightly bitter (not too bitter, owner told me their matcha flavour is natural and even gave me some knowledge about it!) paired with blueberries and almonds. Will definitely come visit again.

Super friendly owner who gave us introduction of their handmade ice cream. Variety of toppings available and I highly reccommend the caramelised banana! It would be great if there are more seating in the store as is it has a nice ambience to chill with friends while getting delicious ice cream 😊

I came on 20 July, Saturday with a group of friends! This ice cream store is the best The staff and the owner is so interactive to the customers! The standards of ice cream is so high! The owner threw a tub of chocolate ice cream when the ice cream wasn’t up to standard! The heart of excellence here in pompette is so so high. Love the experience here. To the owner, keep it up! You bring joy and happiness to the families and friends that came. This is a place where customers becomes friends and becomes family!

Original soft serve (solid milk taste) with caramelised banana was so good that I probably won't try other flavours. The banana goes well with chocolate too. Friendly boss and staff. Cones ran out by 30min before 8pm closing time on a Sunday.

When I first ordered here a few months ago, I did not know what to expect as they said their ice cream was made by them. After that experience, I have been coming back every Wednesday to eat an ice cream before tuition. (Staff is also very friendly and approachable and friendly)

Don't expect seating, very limited. Soft serve not ice cream. Nice decor for Christmas with fake alpacas to pet. Fake alpacas are clean shaven. Sound system is cute and round. Cozy ambience if one could get a seat. Soft serve was milky with a hint of saltiness. Lovely. Fruits were carefully observed as they were sweetened to perfection in a pan. If you found the ice cream not sweet enough, you could get gummies as toppings and other misc stuff. But why would you, when there are fresh fruits freshly slaughtered and cooked to be drizzled on your soft serve. Staff was initially intimidating, but turned out to be friendly and explained the love that went into the product. I was not at all pressured into giving this review.

They give out free samples and their hand crafted ice creams are super yummy. The original is made from meiji milk and the matcha is made from imported matcha from Japan. Would definitely love to try their Hojicha next! The place is also very cosy with cute deco, swing chair, and alpacas. Would recommend everyone to try!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pompette, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The owner personally took the time to help us sample various handmade ice creams, each one more delightful than the last. The standout for me was the sesame ice cream – it was simply the best! The rich, nutty flavor was perfectly balanced and unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. The dedication and passion for their craft were evident in every bite. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I can't recommend Pompette enough. If you’re looking for unique and delicious ice cream, Pompette is the place to go!

Tried both Milk and Matcha flavours of soft serve, with more seasonally available during weekends and holiday periods. Had a nice chat with the Owner after picking up my order, very friendly, down to earth guy and passionate about their soft serve. The flavour, quality and smoothness of their in-house made soft serve is like night and day compared to mass market pre-mix. You can really taste the difference in quality ingredients used and the care poured into their handmade product. Caramelized Banana topping is highly recommended, the banana slices are caramelized to perfection, adding a touch of warm sweetness and a delightful textural contrast to the soft serve.

The staff are really friendly and engaging, having started this as a passion project. The price is extremely affordable, even for students, especially for purely handmade ice cream.
