As I was new to this, I was initially wary of what might entail. However, the whole process was very professionally handled by CK on WhatsApp and his colleague Winnie who met me at the AIA office to do the official transfer.
The rate CK offered was more than what other brokers offered and as my policy was in USD, he also offered a fair exchange rate.
They had a small misunderstanding about some parts of my policy but they acknowledged the oversight on their end and held up their offer. Something not often seen in the cut throat world today.
