Last Saturday my husband and I went down to Income for some investment advice. Mr How Yee approached us and explained to us in detailed. Kudos to How Yee with his professionalism and cheerful disposition !

I would like to thank Zoey Yip who was so helpful in submitting my claims. As a senior citizen 70yrs with no computer and wifi at home, she assisted me at the ntuc office at ang mo kio hub. She had patience and willing to help. The service was prompt and updated me right away

At the entrance I was greeted by a lady who asked what I'm there for. She helped me press for a queue number and asked me to wait for it to be called. When the number came up and went to the counter, the service staff saw me holding on to cash and said the counter only accept Nets. The staff then help me get a queue number to the only counter that can do cash transaction. Everything went smoothly. Didn't have to wait long for the whole process. Overall a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work. 👍

The staffs at the entrance were nice and helpful. The whole process was fine but the desk staff was rather cranky. He wasn't rude, but simple gestures as to how you return back the customer's cards can be more, pleasant. Maybe he didn't get his coffee in the morning, god knows.

Went to surrender one of my medical insurance policy and make changes to another policy. At the entrance, while trying to figure out which button to press on the queue machine, I was greeted by an efficient lady officer. She ushered me to Mr. Jim Ng at his desk. Everything went very smoothly. Answered all my questions and gave good advice. Really good service. Appreciate it a lot. I would gladly recommend NTUC income, anytime.

I was here today at abt 230pm regarding my vehicle insurance. After taking my q no 1060 i proceed to the water cooler to get the drink from dispenser. Not aware that it is out of order, i enquire to your staff abt the drink. Instead of explaining abt the faulty dispenser, i was surprised n appreciate when she later came over n offered me a bottle water although she was busy!! Kudos to your efficient n concern staff..sorry i did not get their names.

There were not many customers at noon, and it took less than ten minutes to get the number and pay the premium, and the service at the counter was very good.
