Most ID firms will somehow push their over stocked raw materials. But CO1 is a bit different, no pushing and more on demand fulfilment. The workmanship is definitely on high level side (that's my guest who had done reno recently and reviewed actually)... 1 more star personally added, for Licco's hardworking and logical+artistic preview of how the whole project will turn out to be... Though I can't visualise, but it turns out to be more than what I had expectated

My ID was Licco and she’s one of the best decisions my husband and I ever did to design our first ever home. She responds responsibly and she understands our expectations very well in terms of every small details to the house. I appreciate that she was honest throughout the whole process and lay out the pros and cons to ensure (allowing us to decided) new homers like us can understand what we don’t know. I engaged CO1 studio to dismantle my parents’ old kitchen cabinet and install one that is within my budget. They were accommodating towards my budget concerns and helped flex the cost to meet my budget goals. Licco was extremely pleasant to work with. As my parents couldn’t go down to their showroom due to their mobility, she kindly visited their place to present the cabinet material options. Licco was also highly organised, charting out the timeline of the project, offered advice and suggestions, promptly responded to any questions asked via WhatsApp and addressed any concerns we had.
