Two of my colleagues recommended Cedrick from E+e Design & Build, and this decision proved to be one of our best. For design planning, he patiently listens to our needs and desires for our home's design. He incorporates all our preferences into the design while also offering valuable suggestions for improvement. After that, Cedrick takes the time to thoroughly explain all the quotation details to us, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of the costs and scope of the project. Cedrick promptly visited our home after we received the key to conduct measurements and provide design drawings, along with scheduling for the project. When structural considerations necessitate design changes, Cedrick provides insightful recommendations for improved solutions. Throughout the renovation journey and the handover process, the experience can be described in one word: Smooth. As a new BTO owner, we took the time to source through many options for our ID, before chancing upon Eric from E+e Design and build. I recall that we were both deeply impressed already with the way Eric took in our ideas and immediately set into action on his working laptop, and within the first session, we already had a deep sketch imprinted that we can build upon for further conceptualisations. With his deep expertise and experience in this domain, he often provided useful tips and things to look out for whenever we have new suggestions for our dream home. He was extremely approachable before the project even started whenever we want to integrate a particular furniture into our home. When we collected our keys, Eric was there to take measurements while providing tips to us to look out for certain defects that we can highlight to BSC for rectification. He also gave us further insights and ideas whenever we are uncertain on our layout. Eric was constantly patient and we are really grateful as first time home owners, trying to perfect our dream home. During the project execution, Eric's project management skills consistently kept the project on schedule and constantly provided updates to us as we could not be onsite for every single work. He was regularly onsite, supervising our project while communicating clearly to his supervisors and contractors the exact requirements. He would also create documents with detailed drawings so that the contractors were clear on the dimensions involved. Whenever a problem may occur, he will provide his suggestions and will provide regular updates without us chasing him for a reply. This made our renovation journey much easier compared to some of our peers, considering we have to juggle our work commmitments as well. Eric has a great attention to detail. He was able to finetune certain areas of our house, and would not compromise on the overall quality. He would sometimes even take the effort to touch up on certain aspects of our house himself, just to make sure our house is clean, and is completed to the best of his ability. Even after handing the project over to us, he sometimes will check in with us if there are any problems encountered. We are thankful to be able to meet Eric, who has delivered on all fronts, and made our dream home come true. As a first time home owner, it has been a pleasant experience with E+e design and build. A renovation journey is not easy, but it was made great thanks to his dedication on his work.

It was a pleasure to have engaged with the services of E&E and worked with Cedrick to have my kitchen and two toilets renovated after more than two decades. I’m completely satisfied with the outcomes. Much needed to have it gutted and properly renovated. The entire process was smooth and any issues were addressed on the spot with viable solutions. I did my research online and found that the company had done works which suited the look and feel I had envisioned. Also, it had reputable works featured on Stacked Homes and local news media. This gave me confidence to work with Cedrick during the introduction and presentation of moodboard. Cedrick executed the ideas and delivered according to the timelines. Not only that, it was easy to work with a professional who guided someone like myself who is managing her first reno work. As this isn’t your typical reno of a matrimonial home, there were other needs to be met: elderly friendly, heavy duty kitchen and cat friendly while being aesthetically pleasing. We engaged Cedrick for an overhaul renovation and have been impressed with his responsiveness and efficiency throughout. Despite a major roadblock that resulted in a month-long delay, we were eventually able to complete the renovation and move in to our new home just in time. Cedrick is always a text or call away whenever we have any questions or issues, and we appreciate how quick he is to respond. He gave practical recommendations that helped with decision-making, and timelines are kept to very closely so we could always pre-empt next steps. He frequently visited the site and sent videos to keep us updated on the progress. Having been through 2 renovation processes, we feel that responsiveness and timeliness are some of the key attributes to look out for in an ID, and Cedrick does very well in this. We are first time home owners, needed directions to decide on design and the whole process of renovation. Cedrick has taken us through very clearly every step of the way since the beginning up till the renovation is done. We have also built a trusting relationship through the process. He acknowledges our ideas and at the same time gives us constructive feedback. It is important to have an ID that understands what you want, your needs and concerns. He is super meticulous making sure the works in your house are done properly, even through the small details. Not forgetting having good taste! Searching for a reliable ID firm can be a tedious process, I came across E+E design over the website with lots of positive feedbacks & decided to fix a meet up to discuss on my new house reno with them. Cedrick is the ID in-charge of my reno project. Its my first house hence there're lot of reno process which I'm not clear & also lot of decision making needs to be made but Cedrick was patience with my requests despite some of my fussy requirements. During the quotation process, Cedrick advised what's essential to change but will not asked to spend unnecessarily. He will keep his quote within my budget. I am very satisfy with the outcome of my reno. The reno process completed within the expected time frame with a detailed timetable attached During the reno process, Cedrick constantly kept me updated on the progress & development with pictures etc via WhatsApp. He personally made trips down to the site regularly to ensure all works were properly done. Along the way I've added more new tasks & changes but he was flexible to adapt all my requests and rescheduled all the work efficiently. We corresponded alot via WhatsApp & he was patience and responsive to answer each & every of my queries & uncertainty. I am very pleased with the firm's carpentry workmanship. They provide good materials & take good care of even very minor details. After the handover, i do encounter some minor issues that need rectifications but Cedrick quickly arranged for his contractors to fix them at their earliest available slot. Overall experience was excellent as i am very impressed by the service rendered by Cedrick & definitely would recommend to any new homeowner looking for a reliable ID firm without any hidden cost. 👍

E+e Design = 100% satisfaction guaranteed! It's been at least a year since we've stayed at our newly renovated home (STILL FEELS NEW!). Everything was done spot on by Kash and Esther, from the initial meeting, the sketchups, the follow ups, making the right choices, and making us feel very comfortable with the honesty and support right from the start - and in fact until now! Amazing work by Cedrick and Kash for our house renovation. Pricing was reasonable and felt we could click well with them. Cedrick was able to give good recommendations and opinions based on the mood board we gave, and also provided alternatives for us to consider. They were not pushy to get us to sign with them, and even after we had made down payment, they were honest with their opinions if some items/ideas we had may not be functional or worth it. They were super accommodating to any last minute requests and changes, and also gave us ample time to make decisions.
