Queenie, Michael & their team had done a wonderful job in rejuvenating our garden to make it more senior & wheelchair friendly. Every aspect of the garden was very well thought out for the convenience of the service users, who are mainly seniors or those suffering from chronic illnesses. They were very prompt in their communication and we felt their sincerity throughout doing this project. We are appreciative and very thankful for their service.

Very friendly and responsive service. I started with no idea what to do with my planter box, and they were very helpful in giving suggestions that catered to my needs. Also picked out the orchids that best meet my preference. The staff that came down was professional too, they knew what needed to be to be done, gave tips along the way and was patient in getting the plant placement done how we wanted. Cleaned up nicely before leaving too. All in all a very good experience!

It has been an extremely pleasant experience with Green Fingers Landscaping. I’m someone who had absolutely zero experience with gardening and had a new yard to deal with after moving. Queenie was totally patient throughout the entire consultation process with me asking noob questions for almost 3 hours via WhatsApp. Queenie and her workers came punctually on the day of installation and worked on the yard, filling it with good quality artificial grass and a plethora of colorful flowering shrubs. Throughout the month, she was always prompt in her responses whenever I have questions about how to manage the plants (eg. Where to deadhead the flower, whether the plants r too dry or too wet, etc). Signed up for a year’s maintenance package and her workers came by to help me remove all the weeds and also covered the soil with some mulch (at extra cost) at my request.

Thank you for helping to bring greens into our home!!! Queenie is super responsive, knowledgeable and ethical. She does not quote and provide plants just because it is what we want. She will provide sound advice based on the weather conditions of the plot and more importantly, factors such as if the plants will be irritable/ poisonous to touch etc (this was important as we have young kids with itchy hands!). Her quote was also very reasonable for the aesthetic value that the landscaping brought to the home. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to add a green space to your home!

Queenie and Micheal were fast in responding to my queries. As I sent the photos of my backyard and things I wanted to repair or refurbish, they were very fast in giving me a quotation. The estimated cost was reasonable. After I confirmed and paid the deposit (60%), they started work as scheduled. The team of workers were skilled and organized. The leader of the team had very good communication skill, and in fact all workers communicated well in English. I saw that they had ear pieces on while working and were able to check stuff with bosses very quickly! 👍 for work efficiency! They finished the job within the estimated time and quality of work was good. Highly recommended!

A huge thanks to Queenie, Michael and her team for being so prompt, professional and helpful. We moved into our new place in May and had been wanting to do a number of small things (spruce up small front garden, do something with roof terrace grass patch which was full of weeds etc, something with our balconies) My husband and I can be a bit indecisive and slow to respond sometimes and we also had a limited budget. Queenie and Michael were so patient and dedicated in just wanting to help us create spaces that we could enjoy. They helped us create a tiny zen garden on one balcony, astro turf up our baby's balcony and the roof top grass patches, and completely clear out our front garden which turned out to have dumb cane 😱😱 and was super messy. Also I had always thought astro turf looked fake and plasticky and had my reservations. But they even showed us the astro turf they use from New Zealand before we confirmed what we wanted to do. They have really high quality astro turf that looks and feels amazing. I love it so much and now my 14 month old can walk all over it - it's such a nice play area. Finally and most importantly - I found that Queenie and Michael took a lot of pride and ownership in their work. My husband and I are both working so were not around most of the time when their gardeners were over. In fact there were even a few days that we were on holiday and they came over to work on our garden. But since the start I felt that Queenie and Michael had everything under control, they came down to check on things and also updated me with photos so I felt very reassured. Having worked with a number of contractors for various things about the house, I have to say that this is the first time I have had such a nice, relaxing and smooth experience. Before I knew it, everything was ready and done exactly as they had said. I think if it weren't for Queenie and Michael our garden would still be a mess, our rooftop would still be full of weeds and our balconies would be bare. I would definitely love to work with them again (in fact I feel like astro turfing more spaces 😁) and highly recommend them.

On request, there is also an automatic irrigation system built in so that means I do not have to worry about watering the plants as it is done automatically! An absolute joy to work with. Queenie and Mike were dedicated, very responsive and thoughtful in planning our landscape. They think through maintenance and long term look of the landscape as the plants grow, and helped to rescue a lot of our existing plants. The workers also cleaned up our external area beautifully after they were done. Queenie was away and Michael replied my whatsapp request for consult and quotation. Showed complete disinterest even in his initial reply. Said that it was impossible to estimate because there will be a lot of "dingdong" - as quoted by him - (which I can completely understand and accept). Asked me about where the direction of the sun came in and then gives a 7k-15k estimate which is >100% in the price differential (15k upper limit is more than double 7k lower limit). Offered to do a site visit for 80SGD and said without site visit they are "reluctant" to give any quotes at all. He then proceeds to ask me what I think. I replied the direction of the house facing and replied that I understood where he was coming from; before I could finish typing that I would like to consider the 80SGD consultation as their google reviews were promising, he proceeds to say "We would like to pass on your project. Thank you for your considering us and we wish you all the best." Could have just started with this earlier if they were busy or unable to commit. They asked me to take pictures and inform them more about the job but they just passed it on immediately after it "didn't suit them". Completely different experience from what their google reviews say. I suspect some of these reviews might be bot reviews. Please be careful before engaging them, potential customers might want to communicate directly with Queenie as she seems like the decent person in the company. .........-- Update 30/5/22: Above incident happened on 24/5/22 Queenie called me back early on 25/5/22 to clarify the situation. No need to go into details except that everyone has their occasional busy and bad day and it is completely understandable. We settled the issue and she was still willing to hear more about the small project and come up with aquote. She took the effort to find out more details about my house and check through what I wanted; she gave recommendations to to each aspect of the landscaping and came up with a quote with breakdown quite promptly. I am still considering my other options but overall, regardless of whether I will take up Green Fingers' quote, it was still a positive experience and I appreciate the initiative to clarify, resolve and move on from the above issue. (1 star > 4 stars)
