It all started after getting notified by HDB Board that our house would be ready somewhere in 2021. ID Gallery Interiors was the first ID we visited and we met up with Lynn Ang, our interior designer for the first time. Lynn was very professional throughout our engagement and always delivered what was promised. Lynn handled our ever-changing requests and truly understands our aesthetic, and budget. Not only was our house well renovated and within budget, but we have also found ourselves a new friend that we are proud to recommend to our family and friends. Hi Tracy, here am I. Thank you so much for helping me to "build" my lovely dream house and now we called it HOME. Right start from the idea to have a bright, spacious yet with enough storage, not too boring environment, Tracy has come out with a design layout which met my expectation. Still remembered the process we choose each brick and tile, wall, cabinet, door and frame color until everything was slowly appeared in front of our eye, it melt my heart. On the budgeting side, Tracy always know to take care of my wallet and bank balances, to avoid any unnecessary spending which not reality when come to practical. She will patiently shared her experience on the work and let us have a choice among the best. One thing I like the most from her professionalism is that she would put herself in the shoe whenever come to a "hard to decide" situation. All after all, you may enjoy the pictures below for the hard work and effort from Tracy and myself. I personally felt that, it is very important to find a professional ID while doing the renovation. she will be the coordinator for every single service, tiler, painter, electrician, plumber, carpenter, window and grille and so and so on. This has help us save a lot of time and have a peace of mind.

We like our new house very much! The reno experience with Terence and his team was really a professional experience! Terence was very responsive, action-oriented, customer-focused and had great follow-through throughout the various phases of the reno. Despite a tight schedule, Terence arranged the meet-ups with us. He brought proposed ideas with different options, gave us practical advice on what design works best for our daily needs. He gave timely updates through pictures and videos via WhatsApp, so that we had a peaceful mind. His team is full of technical experts who are helpful and friendly. Firstly, we would like to thank our ID AILEEN HO for all her hard work and efforts in helping us build our first home. We immediately clicked very well during our first meeting, after talking and discussing with Aileen. She was patient, reliable and quick to answer all our questions even at odd hours and on public holidays, which we are very grateful for. Aileen helped us design our house based on our preferences and we are very pleased at how our first home design look like. Aileen was prompt with her response and helped foresee construction flaws and rectify them appropriately. Best part of all, thank you to Aileen and the team that helped us complete the reno in 6 weeks as we are in need to move in as soon as possible. Her contractors worked everyday at our house even on Sundays and on public holidays. During the reno, Aileen constantly updating us the reno progress with pictures and videos which is very very helpful as we can visually see for ourselves the progression without having to come down physically. Even after reno has completed, Aileen is still there to assist us with some minor issues we had and get it fixed quickly. Thankful for everything you have done for us Aileen. Overall, we are satisfied and blessed to have a trusted and reliable ID. Thumbs up for building a safe and practical home for us. Will recommend ID Gallery to our friends and families!

I am writing this letter in appreciation and to compliment Rachel from ID  Gallery Interiors. I would like to thank Rachel for the outstanding service she has provided in dismantling and replacing my kitchen sink cabinet and counter top, plumbing and removing all my window grills in my house. Rachel was very helpful, patient, cheerful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Her response to inquiries was very prompt. She would always keep me informed of the updates or schedules in the course of any pertinent work. She is professional, proficient and excellent in coordinating and liaising with her team of working contractors especially in this time in the shortfall of manpower due to COVID-19. The result of the renovation work carried out is of excellent quality and workmanship. I am very happy and satisfied with the good workmanship and efficient service given. Highly recommended!

I got to know Rachel while searching for design ideas in You Tube. I was really impressed with the reno work and transformation done on her project in the video. I did many comparisons with different IDs and I wanted to get the best Designer. She has completed our renovation faster than our expectation and truly Rachel was the right choice. I have to say I didn't want to go for the cheapest ID but I went for someone with a proven record based on so many favorable reviews. A highly passionate individual you can trust.

Upon our first engagement, I was immediately able to strike a chord with ID Ms Tracy, with her soft-mannered & calm approach in sharing her experience as well as delivering her product knowledge & proposals in designing the landscape of my new BTO home. She was ever patient in attending to mine & my Family's requests, often providing alternative solutions to design problems. She was also a good adviser in matters relating to financing of the house, providing value-added quotations to eliminate wastes in cost. Overall, Ms Tracy Liew deserves credit & commendation for rallying her Team in keeping to the Project timeline! A true Designer indeed & keep up the passion! Kudos & job well done!

I was able to click with my ID, Rachel during the first meeting. She is able to propose a design according to my preference and within my budget. Throughout the whole process, Rachel is prompt in replying questions and provides honest feedback when certain works is not required. When there are defects spotted, Rachel immediately gets her contractors to rectify (her contractors are quite friendly too)

Intendent for ID Terrence Huang i am very glad that Terrence was our interior designer for our late parents’ house. for the longest time, we had faced issues with leakage of both water and electricity - mainly in the kitchen and bathrooms. after our parents’ death, the house condition worsen and we decided to call in a few IDs for consultation and advises. Terrence was amongst the last 2 that we consulted. however with Terrence, it was always a genuine answer as to whether things can be done or otherwise. a little rugged and very singlish spoken guy; we find pleasure and comfort in telling him our problems, worries and of course budget. but what made us chose him 1st was because he has the security and assurance. he showed us all legal documentation of Case Trust and HDB permits which none of the other IDs did. moving forward, we became enthusiastic on how we wanted the house to look like. the themes and colours; and Terrence knew exactly how we wanted it to be. Terrence was very patient in listening and explaining what he thinks is practical instead of agreeing to all we asked. instead of shutting out ideas, he proposed alternatives which sometimes were even better than our original ones which also fits the budget. this shows the amount of experience he has in this aspect and the ability to balance form and function. during the renovation process, he managed the contractors well and rectified any issues that surfaced very swiftly. to avoid complaints made by neighbors (on noise, ceiling leaks and etc) Terrence went from one house to another alerting them that there will be renovation works in our house from period to period. Terrence was also with us throughout choosing of the bathrooms accessories, lights, tiles and carpentry. a few sample vinyls were also sent to our house for clearer selections. our renovation started in Feb20 and was expected to complete by Apr20 but unfortunately Covid-19 hit us and all works were ordered to stop immediately. during this period, Terence provided us all request documentation as proof that the renovation will resume again once the company received approval from the authorities. this gave us the assurance that ID Gallery is a reliable interior design company. after 2nd week of phase 2, our renovation resumed and Terence managed to complete the remaining works in less than 2 weeks. during the pre-inspection done on a weekend, Terence rectified the defect areas by taking shots and forwarding the issues to his contractors immediately. those defects were rectified and solved by the 3rd working day and we are now amid cleaning the house for our official move-in in 3 weeks time. we are relieved that our target to settle in before ND PH is coming true. We do have to be honest.. the reality of how the house turned out to be was more beautiful than the 3D artwork presented to us. so if you are looking for a genuine consultation, a worry and stress free experience for your home design and renovation.. i highly recommend Terrence Huang as your interior designer. Aileen Ho, its been 6-7 mnths since the handover, and her response and service is still tip top, we had issues with out heater, she quickly arrange someone to get it rectify. Amazed at the quality of the carpentry, and really just in awe looking at my own house, she really designed it to be cosy just like how we wanted it to be, Thank you Aileen Ho, you never fail to amaze us with your service! ❤️
