S. L.When we have gotten our keys to our resale condo this year, we were deciding on which ID to use and landed on KDOT’s Instagram and decided to go with them as their designs attracted us.
We communicated our requirements to Szepeng and it was the best decision we have made in our renovation journey. Szepeng instantly got what we wanted when we mentioned we have kids and wanted soft curves on our carpentry, and she was also to draw out the design on the spot with her laptop during our meeting.
Her design rendering gave us a new perspective and also the color tone of the house that we fell in love with. We also mentioned that we wanted more lights in our new place and the lightings plan was so thoughtfully planned out, together with all the electrician plans.
She carefully selected the laminates for us to choose and was very detailed and was able to give us very good suggestions (furnitures, lightings, color tone) during the renovation period. Due to our work nature and family commitments, we were only able to reply late in the night, but Szepeng was very prompt in her replies. Also the rectification works was also very prompt and everything was rectified according to what we wanted it to be.
After piecing all the different parts of our wants/needs, our new place turned out to be something we really like and enjoy, and it is really a home that we look forward to coming back every day.

J. J.We had an excellent experience with our designer, Minii. During our first meet up, we were quite impressed by the 3D sketch up that she used to show us the layout. Besides that, her great sense of design and good attention to details also stood out among the rest of the ID.
Our renovation journey was definitely pleasant and fuss-free due to Minii's professional experience. She always listened to our requests and came up with great ideas, but didn't just blindly compromise on aesthetic ideas. Even after we confirmed the carpentry design (which we think she can finally carry through the most fussy part), she still threw out some new designs and tried to explore something more interesting. We really appreciate her hard work.
Of course, the final product is really impressive (we think it is nicer than the 3D render). She tried her best to rectify all the defects without any other words, even helping us to patch up our original floor tiles herself!
Thanks to Minii for transforming our house into a cozy and beautiful home. We would highly recommend Minii to those who are looking for a great ID!
C. L.Engaged Kobe Wong, founder of Kdot to partial renovate our island dining area as well as kitchen counter top. When we bought our 5 room HDB resale unit, we learnt that the original renovation was done by Kdot, the ID was Kobe Wong. We really liked the decor and the way the house was done up hence we decided to engage Kobe so the house would still have the original same feel somehow, to the taste we liked. Kobe is very meticulous in his work and he looks at every single detail. Kobe recommended us to The Floor Experts as we needed to redo our whole vinyl flooring, the work done by their contractors was superb I must say! A job very well done! 👍👍Kobe also recommended us lightings from Sol Luminare, when we went to the showroom to view the lightings there, we were so impressed by the minimalistic asthetics of the lightings there that we bought all our lightings for the entire house from them. Kobe also recommended us to wallpapers from Craft Axis, the owner Amos is a very kind and patient man who helped us a few times as we changed our minds a few times on the designs. Kobe also went with us to a few showrooms to look at marbles and tiles for our island top and kitchen counter. Finally we settled on engineered tiles known as Infinity from Kstone as this was the latest from Italy and their tiles' asthetics were so so gorgeous! ❤️❤️
Kobe handled almost everything for us from fixtures in the toilets, new toilet seats, kitchen tap and sink that needed to be changed to every hinge in all the cabinets that were old and had to be changed. He also helped us decide on which lightings we needed for what area as well as how many we needed. He sorted out ceiling fans for us as well as electricity. Kobe also recommended us the vendor for installation for Smart Home as he knew we were interested in having a Smart Home. Kobe in short is a very dedicated ID, he goes the extra mile for all his clients. He does not hesitate to tell you that your choice for something may not go well with the overall house outlook which I really appreciate. We left almost everything to him as we had faith and had 120% trust in him and his taste. Kdot prices may not be the cheapest in the market but if you want quality work done for your new abode or even renovating a new style for your old home without the headaches of slipshod ID/ contractor works, you seriously need to consider engaging Kobe from Kdot. Kobe is now not only an ID to us but a long term friendship has been forged between us.❤️❤️ I know if I were to move again, I would definitely be engaging his services again! Please bear in mind renovating and the thought process before renovation takes time, it is best to contact Kdot once you get the keys of your new home so that you and your ID will have ample time to discuss and plan your renovation. Kdot needs time to set aside a slot for you too so please bear that in mind!
w. c.Min Er was our ID and we appreciated her design planning aesthetics - she was even more particular than us on the furnishings we picked! 🤣 Min Er was on the ball and ensured we were on schedule to go to pick out floorings etc and really gave us good quality work. Really appreciate it!
