It was a pleasure working with Jade and Yujia. Their suggestions for our renovation was practical and always there to provide solutions when challenges arises. They listened to our needs and wants and incorporated all carefully into our house, keeping everything aesthetically pleasing at the same time! Building our very first home with both made it a smooth and fun experience!

We first discovered KKS through their TikTok content, and we were immediately impressed by their style. As soon as we got our keys, we knew we wanted to work with them. Our initial experience with another interior designer had been quite disappointing due to a lack of professionalism. Meeting Chris and Zeming from KKS was a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly professional and receptive to our ideas. Jade also joined the discussion, bringing valuable insights and enhancing the collaborative and positive atmosphere. One of the standout reasons we chose KKS was their willingness to accommodate our requests and adapt to our needs. Their openness and flexibility made a significant difference. Their positive and energetic approach reassured us that the renovation process would be both enjoyable and smooth. Chris and Zeming kept us closely updated on the progress, even going the extra mile to ensure that certain tasks were completed when we thought it was impossible. We’ve met Jade multiple times to discuss our project and always had wonderful inputs from her. She’s able to clearly explain what works both functionally and aesthetically and what doesn’t, which is crucial as an ID. However towards the end just after we were given a quotation and ready to sign, we started getting ghosted with replies requiring multiple follow ups. Eventually, replies from the studio just halted and we had to look for a new ID. We even tried asking a simple question for Jade to let us know if she was still interested - so we could move on if she wasn’t - but again no response after almost a month. We decided not to follow up anymore. If this was the level of service we were getting before signing the contract, we were worried what the service would be after signing. This was also frustrating because we’ve invested multiple trips down, and turned down other IDs which had equally amazing proposals, assuming we would be continuing with Knock Knock. One feedback to the firm is - your service is as important as your quality of work. No one has doubts about the quality knock knock achieves in its projects, but respecting your potential clients’ time is equally important.
