B. A.The best endorsement of any service is a willing repeat customer; I will definitely look for Luova/Minne if I am looking to renovate again.
In summary, very competitive pricing, great project management, attention to detail, promptness in follow-up and a pretty awesome experience overall. If you are looking through all these ID reviews and wondering what's the difference/authenticity with all these 5 star reviews, there are 3 areas I can highlight:
1) Sincerity and Work Ethics
Out of the 8 different IDs we approached, Minne was the only one who travelled to our home to meet, and one of only 2 to provide a mood board to visualize the design. Where most others pretty much only care about sales and will simply hand you a quotation, we can see that she has the attentiveness to listen to your vision and connect with the theme/feel you are trying to go for.
During the project, we saw that she was there to personally supervise most of the works, and also rolled up her sleeves to do touch-up/defects. Especially in an industry which is littered with stories of absent, remote-control IDs, We felt that our house was in safe hands at all times.
Another aspect we want to highlight is her sense of accountability. No project can be perfect, but where there are issues or defects, she made sure to own up to mistakes and troubleshoot them personally. She covered the cost of some minor rectification works as well.
2) Detailed driven
Minne was meticulous in responding to changes and recording details which we discussed. In our Whatsapp group chat, we were very impressed that every point was followed up upon and answered, even on weekend nights.
She tirelessly discussed carpentry details for several rounds with us, showing each measurement and each change without glossing over the specifics. We never felt she wanted to just 'get things over and done with', she made sure as best as possible to get it right.
3) Design focus, without the premium
We felt Minne was well rounded in considering both the design and practicality aspects of the works. Some 'design driven' ID firms charge a huge premium in styling and furnishing, while others simply 'give exactly what you ask for'. Minne was always willing to provide her opinions on whether furnitures, colours, materials were cohesive and thematically harmonious. We also gave her creative freedom for our feature walls and she did a splendid job.
We wish to also commend Luova as a whole; we could see on several occasions that other members have been on site to support, even though it was not their project. It speaks volumes on the company culture, ethics and the rapport between the staff. We will be rooting for your continued success in the future.

Throughout the renovation process, she kept me updated with regular updates on the progress and addressed any issues that came up promptly. The project was able to be completed within the timeline that she had stated.
