We've engaged Playground more than 6 months before we collected our keys, and our ID Yvonne was very professional and provided us with many great ideas to design our house! During the initial stages, we provided a mood board with images capturing the look-and-feel of the style that we would like our house to be. Yvonne was able to propose a design that suits what we like (see render images provided). Now that we have settled in our new place, we are happy to see the outcome of our many iterations. We are also thankful to Yvonne for helping to coordinate the touch-up works required even after the renovation has been completed.

Eileen is a very experienced designer and we knew we wanted to choose her to work with for our 2nd house after meeting up with a few other IDs. She managed to provide us a quotation within our budget and also most importantly, manage to promise us a timeline we can accept. Our keys are only handed over to us on the last week of November and we require our house to be ready before mid January (before cny) and she managed to rush that out for us saving us some hassle from handing over our old house to our buyers and hassle from workers stopping work during the cny period.

Leyi was my assigned ID! The entire renovation was pretty smooth and she was there every step of the way from selection of materials all the way to space planning and project management. Everything came very nicely together and we really like how the house turned out :)
