I engaged Joseph for my house renovation, and I'm very pleased with the experience. After comparing various quotes, I found that Posh Stone offered a reasonable price. Joseph was patient and responsive to all my questions, and he handled every issue that arose during the renovation responsibly. For instance, he helped deal with noise complaints from a neighbor. He regularly checked the progress of the renovation and updated me with every detail. Despite several scheduling changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including some last-minute requests from me, Joseph adapted and accommodated these changes seamlessly. For example, he managed to change the door design in time. Additionally, when the kitchen drain became blocked, he promptly arranged for the workers to clear it. He also ensured that professional workers handled the air conditioning services. Overall, I highly recommend Joseph and Posh Stone for their excellent service and commitment.

We came out this loft bed idea inspired by Pinterest, and approached Joseph the ID. He assisted us to make this happen from our draft to the reality! Now our small study room is fully utilized with so many storages spaces! Joseph is kind, patient, and quick response ID, and price is reasonable and affordable too. Highly recommend!

I am writing this post to express my sincere appreciation for our renovation contractor Wilson Yam from Posh Stone Pte Ltd. Even though this post is an overdue but he is deserving it. Wilson was recommended by a friend and we decided to engage him as our renovation contractor for our 3 room BTO after our first meeting in his office. Throught our discussion, we knew that Wilson is a highly experienced and trustworthy person, he is open, honest and transparent in his costs. He is extremely patient and attentive to our needs and requests. We had a great experience working with Wilson. Throughout the renovation process, he was responsible, honest and upfront with us. He remained professional and accommodating with our budget, ready to rectify and respond to most of the inevitable problems that surfaced. Although there may be some room for improvement in the area of project management. Despite the fact that our renovation coincided with Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year, Wilson and his team are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our tight schedule. Although there were some bumps along the way, but Wilson assured that the final result would meet our expectations. We greatly appreciate he and his team's efforts. Thank you for your incredible journey with us, Wilson! We highly recommend Wilson and his company to anyone who wants to build their dream home with a reputable renovation company.

After comparing numerous ID, and renovation companies, and researching all the reviews my wife and I decided to select Posh Stone Ptd Ltd to renovate our resale 4-room flat. Our main factor was the budget. Out of all the quotes we received, Wilson Yam's quotation from Posh Stone was the most competitive. He responded to our idea request and provided us with advice based on his knowledge. He was also honest about what he could do, and the possible problems that may occur with our ideas. This was our first time renovating a house. Therefore, Wilson was very helpful and calmly solved our unsettling issues such as hollow tiles and floors. He also quoted me the most competitive price he could in order to resolve the problems. I appreciated that he did not overpromise during the renovation process and that he put together a team of skilled, reliable, and efficient workers to work on our house. Although, there was some slight miscommunication. Wilson did not abdicate any responsibility and provided us with solutions that met our needs. As an example, the vinyl flooring that was provided to our home was different from what we had chosen (selected glossy vinyl material but the vinyl that was installed was matte material). His carpenter (Jason), acknowledged that it was his mistake and offered to pay for the polishing service for the vinyl flooring. Lastly, Wilson and his team push through to meet our tight deadline by completing the refurbishment of our home in 3 months time (Sep - Nov). Wilson is humble, wants to maintain a positive relationship with his clients, and is only interested in helping his clients achieve their dream homes. My wife and I were very satisfied with the renovation work from Wilson and his team as well as blessed that our renovation journey was smooth.

He will always help us young couples with all the necessary resources and knowledge. He had given us advice to do the essential needs for our home renovation. His team did an awesome job. Whereas the interior of our resale flat was designed by my wife, Wilson has provided valuable inputs about space planning, materials and costs. We can tell through our interactions with him that he is full of experience. We place a lot of emphasis on working relationship so we have had a pleasant time working with him. Wilson is also prompt with his updates and navigate his way through deadlines. Other contractors / IDs that we approached said that our house needed 4 months to renovate. This will not work for us as the Extension of Stay for our BTO is only for 3 months. We shared this concern with Wilson and he assured us that the works can be completed on time. Our renovation started in August 2022 and just as he promised, was completed in November 2022.

Wilson from Posh Stone was recommended by a friend who was very satisfied by his work back in 2021. We signed with him after the first meeting in 2nd quarter 2022. Due to delays in completion of the bto, we only gotten the keys in 2nd quarter 2023. Wilson came down to do site survey on the day we gotten the keys. And started to order in cement, tiles etc. Renovation started within the same week as well. The renovation was completed in 6 weeks. We would like to thank Wilson and his team for renovating our house in such short timeline. His workers especially his electricians and carpenters are responsible and took initiative to do extra touch up/cover up for us. Wilson works very hard even on weekends. And is very responsive even out of office hours, he will make sure to reply to all enquires and concerns. During the meetings, we would let Wilson know our ideas and design for the kitchen and altar cabinet and he give constructive feedback whether its possible or not. If not possible, he will also provide solution. Wilson is very honest and will not overcharge. He also helped us to “save” money, but not compromising the quality of work. We highly recommend Wilson as renovation contractor. We hope to work with him in future.
