Fabian truly exceeded my expectations when it came to managing the renovation costs. Given that this was a relatively small project with limited revenue potential, I didn't anticipate any designer going the extra mile as Fabian did. For instance, replacing the old solid surface kitchen countertop could have been costly, potentially damaging the cabinets in the process. Instead of opting for a full replacement, Fabian arranged for a polisher to restore the surface to nearly 80% of its original condition, which was a significant cost-saving measure. His attention to detail didn't stop there; his skill in color matching for the paint and tiles resulted in a beautifully coordinated house color scheme. I must also commend the contractors Fabian collaborated with. Their work was outstanding, encompassing everything from toilet repairs and painting to carpentry. Most of them went above and beyond what was expected, demonstrating exceptional commitment. I've heard of designers who inflate renovation costs with hidden fees, but Fabian was transparent throughout. He provided a clear breakdown of every expense, including his commission, ensuring there were no surprises. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Fabian and his team. Their honesty and high-quality work are truly commendable. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and conscientious renovation professional.

As a new homeowner, I was initially clueless about renovation, interior design, and contractors. I began my house revamp journey by comparing quotations, and the price point from Tomei Design Studio was the most favorable. They also provided a fast turnaround time for the quotation. Fabian, the interior designer assigned to me, understood my requirements well ,which were shown in the drawings. He addressed my concerns effectively and assisted in areas beyond his duties.For instance, he helped me save money by finding a kitchen top polisher instead of recommending a replacement for my scratched and worn kitchen top, which fit my budget constraints. I would recommend his services and will consider him again for the second phase of my house upgrades.
