⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with the staff who helped me choose my new watch, Jackson. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the different watches I was interested in, taking the time to explain each feature and show the various functions in detail. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to demonstrate how the app would look on an iPhone—he even shared how it works on his own watch and phone, which gave me a fantastic understanding and allowed me to make a well-informed comparison between the two brands I was deciding on. After I made my purchase, he kindly offered to help set up the watch in-store. Even though the setup took a bit longer (through no fault of his), he was very apologetic about the wait. During this time, more customers came in, and he managed to attend to each one with the same level of professionalism and politeness, even though he was the only staff member present. He thoughtfully informed customers that he would be with them shortly, handling everything with such professionalism. I am absolutely thrilled with my new watch, and the exceptional customer service was a wonderful bonus! He truly deserves two thumbs up for his outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Purchase a Coros Pace 2 white watch from lazada and selected pick up at this outlet (they have 2 and this is the only one avail for pick up) Before coming down, I made a call to ensure that the item was available as I had only made the Lazada order the night before. The lady on the phone was very nice and acceded to my request and I was able to collect it just 30 mins after their shop opening. The collection itself was non eventful and I am happy with the purchase.

Absolutely amazing! I live in South Africa and bought a gift for a Singapore resident. Emily did a stellar job answering multiple questions and accommodated ALL my requests. I am extremely grateful - impeccable communication (and pictures) throughout the process; beautifully wrapped gift with hand written note (both myself and the receiver appreciated this human touch); seamless delivery and just an overall incredible experience.

The team in the store is extremely helpfull. We got a lot advice on the different watch types. My girlfriend and me both purchased a watch and we had issues with one of them. Went to collect my purchase from Simon. He is really knowledgeable and patient in explaining how to register and taking care of the watch. Location is convenient but the mall will be extremely crowded when there is an event which I experienced first hand collecting my purchase during some Kpopstar concert. Also due to this reason, they are relocating to Tj Pagar. Definitely will be back for more 😉

Best place if you're looking for fitness watch. Have other watches too. Did buy one Polar watch watch and one Garmin watch. Reasonable prices compared to other places. Good service as well. I believe you can order online as well.
