Wanted to try on earrings but my stud was stuck & difficult to take off; appreciated how sales assistant Mei Kuan was patient & even attempted several times to help take it off. She'd look over to see if I managed to take it off & would signal that she's coming over shortly when she's attending to another customer. Thank you for your kind service! :)
