Emily (staff-on-shift at the ION branch ) was extremely patient, approachable & helpful. I had taken some time to look around the shop as I was purchasing gifts for a few friends - she did not rush me, allowed me to look around. She was very cheerful to assist when I was ready to purchase the items, was very careful to check through my orders again & readily answered all my questions. Thank you for making it such a pleasant shopping experience for me! :)

Apart from how comfortable I feel wearing the hypoallergenic earrings, I love the very personalised service both in-store and online. I have experienced great service from the attendants during all my visits at the ION outlet. What got me motivated to leave a review was because I received tremendous help from their online CSO, Benedicta, to get a replacement for one side of my beautiful huggies which I unfortunately misplaced. I made the enquiry with low expectations but was surprised that I could actually purchase a side instead of a pair, and I was sent a video of what I would receive along with dedicated assistance in ensuring I can use my loyalty discounts. The pearls differ a little in colour as expected but you would not be able to tell once I put them on. Thank you ❤❤❤

amazing customer service I experienced at the Invite Only store at Ion this afternoon. There was a lady called Penny who went above and beyond to assist me. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all my questions with a smile on her face. Really impressed with her attention to detail and I appreciate how she made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It's rare to find such exceptional service these days. She made my shopping experience a real pleasure and I'll definitely be returning soon!

No complains on the service as staff were very attentive and helpful! As usual, jewellery pieces were lovely and received in good condition. (Note that due to store capacity, may have to queue for a short while)

Very dedicated sales assistants and will help advise on selection of item suitable for you. Esp when you know the design you want but cannot decide silver, rose gold or gold. Shi Ern is young but very customer oriented.

Beautiful jewelry come from silver, plated gold and plated rose gold. Off course it has higher grade of product with 14K gold. Awesome customer service.
