I’m so glad we came across Carat 55 during an online wedding fair. Good variety of designs, you’re bound to find something to like beyond wedding bands. Zoie was also very accommodating when we decided to top up to another ring design, graciously extending the same discount which was supposedly only valid during the wedding fair. We love our wedding bands and are pleasantly surprised by the beautiful packaging - a lighted ring box and accompanying jewelry box with a love story journal. There’s also a pink tassel which can be used as a bag charm. Our wedding bands are fairly priced and the paraphernalia are simply delightful. We highly recommend this place and will keep it in mind if we’re looking for other kinds of jewelry in the future!

As a younger customer, I'm really grateful by the great, friendly and extremely helpful service from Carat 55 as compared to condescending attitudes I receive in other stores. It's a cherry on top to their wonderful collection and aesthetic. They never fail to make me feel comfortable and have a great shopping experience even though I'm definitely not part of their high-paying customers. Although I only got a ring this time round since I don't really have a need for the other jewellery, I'm genuinely excited to purchase from Carat 55 when I get married in future. Thank you!

Amazing service from start to end by this boutique. I came to know about Carat 55 at BOWS back in 2017 while attending the event. My hubby and I decided to purchase my wedding bangs from them for our wedding in 2018 as their design were truly unique and the service was so commendable! The salesperson Fian was very patient with the whole wedding band sourcing journey. He answered all of our queries and was very keen to show us all the "wave" designs in the shop that we wanted. We visited the shop over 3 occasions before making a decision but was never rushed to make a decision under his care. He was very understanding and not "pushy" at all! Recently, we visited the shop to clean and polish my proposal rings and wedding band, and I had the great privilege to be served by the lady boss Zoie. She was equally quipped with product knowledge of diamonds (natural & synthetic), servicing and after care. I really appreciate her promptness with following up with me when she needed more decision regarding the treatment of the rings and also when they are ready for collection. Super prompt! Definitely will come back again to service my rings and ask my gfs to come check out when it is their turn to get hitched! :)

What makes us love Carat 55, other than the lovely products, is the exceptional service from Zoie! We got in touch with Zoie at a rather late time for our si dian jin and she managed to get the items ready just in time for the ceremony! She also provided other backup plans for us and definitely is very friendly!

After going to many many different jewellery stores, I found Carat 55 on a Google search (my last and final push for si dian jin options!). We made a last minute appointment on a Sunday morning (very responsive!) and they happened to have an available slot. I fell in love with the beautiful and tasteful designs that were reasonably priced. Zoie was also very patient, responsive and never pushy during the whole process and the pieces that I ordered arrived on schedule. I did not have to worry about whether I'll receive my items in time. We did give sufficient lead time by procuring our jewellery about 2 months prior to our guo da li, which helped save some panic! On a side note, I wasn't expecting this but the jade pieces at Carat 55 are beautiful. Thank you Carat 55 team 🥰🥰🥰

Beautiful collection of modern jewelry. Some of the pieces are versatile to mix match. Purchased a pair of customized earrings from them after trying several pairs. When Zoie (the manager) got a sensing of my fiancé liking from the first visit, she was really resourceful to be able to show more of the pink stones (shape, size, colors) in our next visit which was just one week later.
