My friends and I had an exceptional experience working with Gary Lim at ION The Hour Glass Rolex watch store, despite the global shortage of stock that has impacted availability. From the moment we walked in, Gary greeted us warmly and made our entire group feel welcome. What really stood out was Gary's patience and genuine desire to help us find the perfect Rolex, even in the face of limited inventory. He took the time to understand each of our preferences and needs, and walked us through all the available options, as well as helping us place interest on the models we had our hearts set on. Gary's product knowledge was incredibly impressive. He was able to dive deep into the technical details and specifications of the different Rolex models, while also explaining things in easy to understand terms that resonated with our whole group. We left the store feeling fully informed and confident in our purchase plans. On top of his expertise, Gary's friendly and personable nature made the entire shopping experience a true pleasure. He has a great sense of humor and was able to connect with each of us on a personal level. It was clear that Gary genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering outstanding service, even in challenging circumstances. It was my first time to visit the Rolex boutique after many research online. I really appreciate support from Prescillia and Gary who help me to choose the right model that suite my requirements best. Both of them also well detailed introduced me the history and those secret or hardly-mentioned-in-the-YouTube features. Besides the beauty that is noticeable by far, those functionalities and certified standard are really awesome, well proof and over my expectation. If you need the in-depth knowledge of the product or know the story of Rolex better, I would encourage to visit the boutique to understand the beauty of craftsmanship and find the right watch for you. From my experience of visiting many boutique especially in the airports, there was not much sample to try and see. Surprisingly this boutique has abundant of samples in most of collections. And the location is super convenient. To have the right Rolex for you, better try by yourself and feel it first ^^

I was serviced by Mr Edmund Chin for my several visits. He is very friendly and always share his vast knowledge on watches. He is also always patient to show me around the boutique. Would definitely recommend that you look for him when you are visiting. The clerk, Mr Edmund Chin, is kind and friendly. I can only say that if you want to buy a watch in Singapore, you must go to the Rolex store in ION Orchard to find him.
