She is also very considerate in packing the items and providing gift cards when she learnt that its a gift for someone. Rarely have customer service like her nowadays. She is really a gem❤️

Sorry this review came late. Pui Ying was the one that served us when we visited the store twice for our SDJ purchase. She was super patient as we had a hard time deciding due to our criteria. She recommended many pieces for us patiently and at no point did she show any annoyance or frustration. Wonderful and pleasant time at the branch with her. This store also seems to have a larger selection than the other branch!
