Went down to look for a gift for a friend and one of the staff, Boon Chie, kindly attended to me. I was quite indecisive but she was not unhappy in the slightest sense and patiently advised me. Wanted to get 1 only but ended up with more due to the wide range of jewellery and her good service and attitude. Props to her!

I believe the store is very newly opened, and I was not looking for anything in particular. Was served by Wen Qi (I hope I remember her name correctly), and she was extremely open to showing me more pieces based on my request, introducing popular pieces to me, as well as showing me similar pieces across different price points for consideration. There was no upselling or pushiness whatsoever, and I appreciated having so many options available. Although I did not purchase any today, I'm writing this to note down the impeccable service received so that I may revisit soon.
