He is knowledgeable in horology, has in depth understanding on brands THG carries and also shares a great passion in watch collecting as well. It is an eye opener to hear him share about different brands THG offers from Hublot, GP, UN to the popular Rolex and Patek Philippe. It's rare to meet a SA that is proud of the brands THG carries, promotes it well but not at any time bashing any other brands. Even though it has been awhile since I've last allocated a watch but Jeffrey will still take the initiative to understand my current watch collection journey, giving recommendations on my next love. It is a joy to hear his practical take on the current watch trend, the high demand and low supply issue but also realistically let me understand that watch collection takes time to appreciate every time pieces. Will definitely seek out for Jeffrey Tan again when I am ready to hunt for my next timepiece. Happy that he is never pushy for me to get any brands that I did not ask for, sharing with me the beauty of different eatch brands, and at the same time being practial and not over promising me on any timepieces.
