Its HDB, with pleasant surroundings- a water body and lots of greenery just a stone's throw away. Hard-to-find combination in public housing. Plus, its "far from the madding crowd". Except for PokemonGo players and Ingress agents!

Adora green is one of the first HDB built under the DBSS scheme in yishun. Have visited many units in this estate due to my work as engineer. Many units have superb views from their balcony. Either facing yishun park, khoo teck phua hospital, the pond. Usually very windy. Am considering a resale once it reaches 5 years.

The first DBSS apartments in Yishun. It's located near the reservoir and Yishun Park. Landmarks nearby are the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Yishun Polyclinic and Yishun Bus Interchange.
