Reviews of Kallang Estate Market
Small but clean and varied food market. Located just beside the wet market, it offers relatively cheap and good food options. Ordered Prawn mee with soft bones ($4.50), black carrot cake ($3) and 2 kopi ($2.20). Satisfied with cost and quality 👍🏻

Nice, airy place for Breakfast/Brunch. Cheap and good food !!
Stall 1 Hock Guan - assortment of yummy local Kuehs and Baos.
Stall 2 阿 杜 - Nasi Lemak stall that opens at 4AM!!
Stall 6 Jian Huat - don't be fooled by the Big signboard cos there's a smaller one showing "Carrot cake $2.50 - $4" (both black and white). Tasty and cheap!
Stall 12 Johnson - sells You Tiao and butterfly etc etc and at any 3 for $2.
Stall 14 大肥 - Fish ball Mince meat noddles, cheap and good ($2.50 - $4) and usually a queue.
Stall 15 Al Bismi - Sedap Muslim food esp, the Prata. After flipping and pan frying, he will "clap" the kosong pratas in the traditional way, making them fluffy. Crispy too, good to eat even without the curry (Choice of fish or mutton curry).
Stall 16 148 hot&cold drinks - coffee and tea stall with toast bread and eggs too. Had a hot Yuan Yang at $1 only !!
Other notables - 2 stalls selling Vegetarian food and 2 stalls selling Nasi Lemak, saw queues on all.
Wanton mee stall, supposedly good too but was closed when I visited on a Thursday.
Must visit 三通 zhi char if you are there. Many tables available, that store seems like the consistent one opening during dining times. Homely food at very affordable prices!
The corner coffee stall is popular and sells great coffee at only 1.10. The stall that sells fried 'butterfly' and banana 'koreng pisang' is good too.
A small, 15-stall hawker centre within the Kallang Estate Market.
The kopi o (coffee black) is S$0.80 only, cheapest you can find now!
Tried the vegetarian youtiao: at S$0.90 per piece, it is also relatively cheap.
Residents have it good here!
One of the malay stall at Blk 23 selling nice foods.
Worth the trip there.❤️
The vegeterian bee hoon is pretty good. Carrot cake is delicious but slightly oily.
Less crowded, toilet is better than most HDB food centre, but most stalls open for morning breakfast. The hokkien prawn noodle and carrots cake stall is cheap n good. 5 stars for the hokkien prawn noodle/carrots cake stall.
Very weird place.. most stalls operate for breakfast only till abt 1130am. Night only one zhi char store, family operated so be prepared to wait for good food at reasonable price.
Often overshadowed by the more popular hawker just a walk away, the market is bustling in the morning with the breakfast crowd. Food is cheap, good variety of choices with plenty of seats. Not hard to find a table even during peak hours because turnover is fast. People generally don't linger too long for breakfast. A must visit for the post workout crowd by the sports hub one train stop away.
Old charm hawker stalls with quite good food.
A lot of pigeons at this Kallang Estate Hawker Centre, horrible environment and entirely no suitable for running food business under these awful situation.
I went here when I had gone for my Food Safety Certification and when I used reconcile myself from all negative elements from where I used to live during initial periods of my course
Absolutely love this value for money food centre. It's 5min walk from the famous Old Airport Food Centre but food here is much cheaper. It cater mainly for breakfast and most stalls will be closed by lunch time. Over here you can get a filling portion for just $2-$3. There's no let down on the quality too. My fav here is the vegetarian bee hoon, wanton noodles and fishball noodles stalls
Not a big food centre but some pretty nice stalls. The Bak Chor Meet is popular, I personally like the chicken rice, and this is one of the last places in Singapore to have fresh you tiao.
Check it out if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle (and dirty floor) of Old Airport Road Food Centre.
I gave it 4 stars because this hawker center only has 2 coffee stalls. Therefore, the queue snake around.
Food delicious, portion generous and price to beat inflation! Ample parking! Lai lai 👍
Convenient market where you can get fresh flowers, potted plants, haircut, fresh meat (only daytime), cooked food, spices all in one small location.
Laundromat, Fairprice, 4D/Toto and clinics are nearby walking distance.(less than 5 min)
The coffee shop very busy, I order chicken fried rice very yummy, delicious but Abit expensive. Thank you
There is a Roti prata shop here selling best Prata in Singapore. I met the owner 20years ago at Amoy Street hawker centre. S$1 for one prata, minimum 2 pratas. I said its the best prata in Singapore because it so tasty that you can eat it own its own. The mutton curry, chicken curry, fish curry are very mouth watering delicious. MUST TRY! BEST PRATA IN SINGAPORE!
food is cheap and good, not much choices , two stall sell nasi lemak and beehoon , two stalls sell chee choon fun etc.
One of the old n original hawker center which offers super value....wanton noodle sgd2.50, coffee sgd 0.90 cts per cuppa, youtiao sgd0.70 cts each. Location great just at the fringe of the city next to nicoll highway. Where else can find such gem....
I can find my favourite food in this food centre. Like yam cake, chee Cheong fun is sold here. But one problem these are served in the morning til 1pm
Wow good
First visit after renovation last year. Good food still around. Area is cleaner and seem more spacious
Good place for breakfast. Not many stalls though and mostly are open till lunch only. There is a cze-char stall open for lunch and dinner though.
Nice place with lots of yummy food beside it is blk21 the wantan noodle is nice also...within itself there is one zichar stall which opens at late afternoon
There are not many places in Singapore where you can find cheap and nice food anymore. Here you can find a variety of food.
This Hawker centre used to be the popular place for eating when Singapore open up the kallang airport to welcome passenger onboard
Quite a small place. Not crowded. I went to try the nasi lemak. I give 7/10
Basically a food center to serve breakfast to the visitors of the wet market. Food is reasonably priced.
Cheap and good food. Love the smooth traditional beancurd at one of the drink stall
Went to food centre for lunch only to find more than 60% of stalls closed
Food is so far good. but cleanliness is not up to standard
The drinks-stall on the right corner, closest to the street: One of the best coffees I've ever had!
Nothing much here..only few stores open..food limited
Nice food at affordable price. Can be hot and stuffy in the afternoon
Really cool vibe at this place. Relax environment and great food.
Good & inexpensive food, l visit regularly.
Good food but parking quite a task on weekends.
Fresh and lively market! Friendly stall vendors which sells the freshest of ingredients!
Lao fu zi cha kway tiao, wanton mee and super spocy hokkien mee is a must try here
Only serves food for breakfast as most of the stalls are closed during late lunch hour.
There's a wet market and hawker stalls section with a few clothing and hardware stalls.
breakfast thosai double egg with coffee
Most stalls operate during day time and close around noon
Nice warm friendly hawkers. Cool environment
Old school market and food court where almost all the shops are closed by 2p.m
Inexpensive local food sold here
This place is good!! esp the Lou Mee!! Don miss!
Cutting hair at Royal cut barber shop
Limited food stalls available & duplicating fares.
Wide variety of quality hawker food.
Good hawker for local breakfast
Overall food price is to the high side
Nice variety of foods & economical.

Most stores are closed no matter what time I go. Only 2-3 stores are open. Why?
Old Airport Road Food Center, located a little further east, has many stores and is always busy.
This Hawkers is closer to the MRT station and apartment complex than Old Airport Road Food Center...
Local farmers market with food service
Affordable, fresh pasta, friendly service, harmonious and friendly, and convenient parking.
Enjoy delicious food with friends
Good nasi lemak place
