Second time purchasing a massage chair from Ogawa. The service has always been excellent. This version Biovis is extremely comfortable and relaxing. Look for Alson from Nex.

Without the initial intention of buying a Massage Chair today, I finally bought one, from Ogawa!! I happened to try a Massage Chair from 2-brands : [Sterra] & [Ogawa] and I'm pleasantly surprised that the Ogawa's is SO MUCH MORE Comfortable & Refine in the feeling. "No-test-No-Aware". Among Ogawa [Cosmo-X] & [Posh-Evo] which me & my wife tried, we both felt that the Cosmo-X is more suitable for us. The Posh-Evo is too strong in it's strength (from our experience). Also to mention is the Sales Person in Nex Shopping Centre-Mr. Alson, he is very knowledgeable in their Product & he patiently share with us with the features, especially on the various Model comparison. He also tried his best to request for the best benefits which Ogawa possibly can provide. Overall experience in-store is good. Will recommend friends to come here.

Exceptional service and knowledge of the products demonstrated by the staff. The master drive models are the only model in the market that can target a specific strain spot on my back and provide relief. Cannot wait to relax in the chair at home on a daily basis!
